Absolutely love XFit Gym, Al Nahda — it truly feels like a second home! 🌟 From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and positivity. Every single trainer and counter staff member is incredibly friendly and supportive, creating an atmosphere that instantly motivates you to give your best. A special mention to Shoukath, who always opens the gate with a welcoming smile — it’s a small gesture, but it sets the tone for a great workout every single day. Coach Ashik deserves massive appreciation. He has played an integral role in helping me achieve a major milestone in my fitness journey. His dedication, knowledge, encouragement, and genuine care go far beyond that of a typical trainer — he has truly become more than just a trainer and a really good friend. His guidance has made a real, visible difference in my progress, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. One of the best things about XFit Gym is the environment. The gym is never overly crowded, the ambience is spot on, the music keeps you energized, and there is always sufficient space to work out comfortably. The equipment is well maintained and always within reach, making every session smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. A small request to the Management: it would be amazing if you could consider adding an ice bath / cold plunge among the services offered. It would be a fantastic addition for recovery and would further elevate an already excellent fitness experience. If you’re looking for a gym that combines professionalism, friendliness, great vibes, and real results, XFit Gym Al Nahda is hands down the place to be. Highly recommended!
