The rooms are well cleaned, the only drawback is the old bathrooms, they are clean, but some rooms have a musty smell. Slippers and bathrobes are provided in the rooms. Mountain view from the rooms that overlook the road. A big minus is the constant noise under the windows. But if you only come to sleep and leave early in the morning, then it's quite bearable.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a business trip. I liked it very much. Not far from the airport (about 20 minutes by taxi), friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfasts. The air conditioner works well and is quite silent.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, the room is clean, cleaning is daily. Very decent breakfasts and what pleasantly surprised you, you can have a good freshly brewed coffee for free until 10 o'clock (included in the breakfast).
There is parking for cars. Convenient location, cafes, walking areas are within walking distance. If I'm going to have a vacation in Shymkent, I will definitely stay there.

I really liked the room, I stayed just for one night plus breakfast. I liked the mattress, the towels are lush, fresh, the bathrobes are not washed. The room is clean and cozy. Prices are normal. The breakfast is average, there is plenty to choose from, it was delicious. The staff is polite. The hotel is clean and not bad, but there is a big minus - the restaurant! We were passing through - an international flight in the morning. In the evening, the husband ate a sandwich in a restaurant, and two hours later he had to call an ambulance.... The diagnosis is poisoning... Thanks to the doctor, we barely got to the port late, I was also treated on the road and arrived. A nightmare!

Rooms: small but cozy, with an excellent mattress, although the pillows are uncomfortable. The room service is delicate, which is very pleasant in this hotel.
Breakfast: a huge assortment of meat, cereals, pancakes and fresh fruits/vegetables. It is very tasty and satisfying.
Staff: well done - unobtrusive, tactful, polite.
Location: the very center, near the hotel there are a lot of places where you can walk and have lunch / dinner for every taste and budget.
Conclusion: I highly recommend it!!!

Two toothbrushes, and that's it, ladies and gentlemen! I remind you! It was a superior suite!
If you want to watch TV, don't even try, it will be difficult for you, because the TV freezes every two minutes!
The hotel staff, or rather the girl at the reception was very upset that we disturbed her with our visit, as she was going to drink tea, and met us completely unfriendly!
In short, I will never go to this hotel again, for which they give it five stars, I absolutely do not understand!
