The food is normal, but monotonous. The location is not very good, the room is normal, the staff is friendly, the service is good, overall clean, but the floor is not cleaned with a bed, there is a transfer to the beach and Dubai mall, but it is not a very convenient time to return.

Of the advantages:
- friendly staff;
- close to the sights;
- nearby pharmacy, supermarket;
- cleaning almost every day;
- there is a cafe with European simple cuisine nearby.
Of the minuses:
- there is no transfer to/from the airport (although the booking site indicates that there is);
- there is no Russian-speaking staff (although it is indicated on the booking site that there is);
- there was no central lighting in my room, the window did not open, it smelled of bleach, there was someone else's hair on the wall in the shower;
- towels are not the first freshness (some worn ones);
- there is a construction site around;
- to the beach on foot in 30-40 minutes along the construction site (transfer runs from the hotel, but not very convenient: to the beach at 10:00 from the beach at 15:00);
- the pool is 1 m deep;
- there is a specific smell in the lobby of the hotel.
For 3 nights, the hotel cost 42 thousand for 1 person with breakfast. For that kind of money, you can stay in another area more suitable for tourists.

Nice hotel, not in the tourist part of the city. That's what I liked, quiet and calm. Good breakfasts. Clean, cleaned daily, lovely bed. And so the Hilton, like everywhere else, if you want a local flavor, then this is not here.

There is a bus stop nearby, but it is open, that is, there is no air conditioning and you can't stand for a long time in this heat. The metro is also far away. There is a small cooled pool on the roof, but the view is not exactly like in the photo, but on a construction site. Yes, there is a construction site around, but in terms of noise it does not interfere. There are also three-pin sockets in hotels, but you can ask for an adapter at the reception

I liked the hotel. We got a clean room. Responsive staff. We booked only with breakfast, as it seemed to me they were a little monotonous. But in fact, the food is delicious, except for the local one. This is something I don't understand at all. Porridge made from everything you can, and it looks so-so. There was a construction site nearby, builders came to the hotel to eat, but they were very calm, neat, and did not even pay attention to them.
The hotel has a swimming pool, the view from it does not match the photo, but in fact it is normal, you can lie down and relax a little.
You can also ask for an adapter for an outlet at the hotel.
Wi-Fi is free, it worked without interruption.
There is a bus stop 10 minutes away, there is also a timetable, but no matter how much they tried to figure it out, it still did not work out.
There is also a supermarket nearby, where you can buy ready-made food.

I really liked the hotel: cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, very tasty and varied cuisine. But, unfortunately, the beach is 3 km away. The transfer takes you at 10 o'clock and picks you up at 15 o'clock. You can't stand so much in the Dubai heat. Maximum of 1.5 hours. Therefore, you have to use a taxi. And after lunch, go back to the beach again. And again a taxi. I would prefer an early transfer so that you can stay at the sea longer. If the beach is not in the first place, then I can recommend the hotel. Yes, there is also a transfer at 10:30 to Dubai Mall, from where you can take the subway anywhere))

The service is not intrusive, if something is needed, they react quickly, they do not know Russian, but they are understanding. the rooms are clean, the mattress is excellent, 3 Russian TV programs, refrigerator ,air conditioning, the resort fee was 120 dirhams for two, they did not take a deposit, on la mer beach a sunbed and an umbrella 120 dirhams, if with a towel another 30 dirhams, with their towels and sackcloth for free, entrance to al mamzar beach is 5 dirhams, it's great everywhere.

Good afternoon! We rested in this hotel from 05.04.2023 to 12.04.2023. The adventures began with the very check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 16:00, we started to register, after 10-15 minutes the manager came up and said that our room was the last in the hotel and the air conditioner was broken there, we had to wait until 20:00, or move to another hotel of their network. Taking into account that we flew out of Moscow at 6:00 in the morning, it was simply unbearable to wait until 20:00 to check in, I wanted to take a banal shower. We agreed to go to their other hotel (we were taken almost to the airport), terrible attitude. We spent 1.5 days moving from one hotel to another. As it turned out, this situation developed not only for us, but also for other tourists who settled in this hotel (we learned this information at a meeting with a guide). There is a separate topic about room cleaning, they did not clean for 3 days, on the 4th day they cleaned, took all the towels, and did not put new clean ones. Breakfasts for 3 + are all the same, not particularly good quality. The location of the hotel is near the port, only cranes. Don't look at the photos where you can see the skyscrapers, because there are 2-4 rooms for the whole hotel.

The hotel is not bad for those who do not want to live in the most vibrant places of the city. There are ten times more people in the Marina quarter, and cars, and hangouts. There were few Russians in the hotel at my check-in :)
Pros: excellent staff, decent food (I didn't get tired of it for a week), free daily transfer to the beach and to the Dubai Mall, good sound insulation, a rooftop pool and a 24/7 cardio zone
Cons: December 2021 - construction is still going on around... the windows can't be opened at all, I felt tired all the time under the condee... there are few Russian-speaking staff.

In general, everything was fine, there was one problem - the windows in the rooms did not open. It's difficult for me, I can't do without fresh air. The fact is that there was intensive construction of buildings on both sides of the hotel, which is probably why they blocked the windows so that dust would not fly. We had a rest almost 3 years ago, most likely everything has already been completed. And so I really liked the hotel, and the food was delicious, and the staff was attentive.
