We liked the hotel right away, there is a cafe on the ground floor, rooms on the second and third floors. We were on a business trip with a team of three people, and we were immediately provided with comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly. The food is excellent, the prices are average.
The room has everything:snow-white towels, bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, kettle, refrigerator, etc. The cleaning is timely, everything is clean! I recommend it, you won't regret it!

We arrived at 12 a.m. for the first time in our lives in Karaganda. We booked the hotel in advance via booking.com . They were not allowed into the hotel, there are no places. They weren't even allowed inside. We communicated through the cage.
