After stretching, they returned my shoes and told me that it still needs to be carried for 2-3 days so that it does not return to its previous state, but how will this happen if for various reasons a person cannot wear the same shoes for 2-3 days without stopping, for example at night, or if it rains, how will I wear leather shoes, why the organization does not provide full time for the shoes to get the right shape, why can't they be left in a stretching form for an additional 2-3 days. I wore it, but eventually the shoes returned to their previous condition. Ok, I thought that maybe I did something wrong and decided to contact Sky Cross again and submit it to the poster at the Gallery. Not only is there no information on the site where it is located in the huge shopping center, but also the girl at the information center did not understand what it was about at all and said that there was no such organization here. In short, with grief in half, barely getting through, I hand over my shoes. 4 days have passed, no one has called me yet, I decided to call myself, everything was discussed, I paid. It was written in the receipt that the shoes would be given to me on May 6, and as a result, I was given shoes on May 16! And it's not even that it's 10 days later, but that I myself had to get on the phone to write to skycross and ask to find out where my shoes are... And why can't you immediately warn the client about heavy workload, calculate the May weekend and write the real date when the shoes will be ready. At the same time, I was ignored for several working days. And neither on May 6, nor later when I called, they could tell me at least approximately when they would be ready, but only fed me breakfast. Despite the fact that they did not have a May weekend as such. I can understand everything, the workload, etc. But why can't you call/write to tg (we already had a dialogue with the order), that so and so a lot of workload will be about ready then. At the same time, no one even apologized for the delay or for ignoring) as a result, when I already got through, a courier was sent to me for free, of course, thanks for that, but again, a man arrived without calling in advance (although this was discussed) and began to show me "what we don't open" (literally). And finally... I took the shoes on Thursday, and on Friday they returned to their original position...Although I've been wearing them all day. A total of 80 rubles in the trash, and also such an attitude, no service, no customer orientation, no completed service...
