I turned to Tatiana, who, as she says, has been selling in the Pukhovichi district for 10 years, in order for her to help me sell the house. The first thing that surprised me was the lack of a car from a real estate agent, I had to bring it to the facility, which I continued to do during the screenings, the lack of a good camera or phone, but as it turned out, you can close your eyes to all this. Tatiana examined the object, named the amount for which she would put up for sale, but did not forget to say the key phrase, I need to pay "a piece of bucks" for services after the sale, but apparently she did not read the contract with a facsimile stamp that she gave me, since the amount of remuneration to the agency is clearly spelled out there and unfortunately this is not a thing bucks, as Tatiana wanted. Time passed , two packages passed, to which I had to take Tatiana, the price was reduced by me. And here is the cherished day, Tatiana calls, there is a client who is ready to buy for such an amount. I agree, I'm going earlier, to rest in order to collect all the documents necessary for the sale, although as it turned out later, this is the work of the agency. But everything would be fine and I was ready to pay "a thousand bucks" as we originally agreed, but the day before the deal, Tatiana tells me that you need to specify in the contract of sale the amount of a thousand dollars more than the actual amount of the sale. The argument is the insurance of the transaction for the buyer, and since we did not find an insurance agent at the time of signing the contract, we need to write a larger amount, and later they will insure the transaction. I'm going to make a deal. When I arrive, I find out from the buyer that he is buying two thousand three hundred dollars more than he told me. And in the amount of the sale, Tatiana put another thousand on the insurance of the transaction . And then everything becomes clear to me. If I had known that she would give up a thousand to insure a deal that she could not arrange in advance, I would not have asked questions and would have paid what she wanted. But this is pure deception on her part, and I did not keep silent. At our first meeting, we agreed on the amount of the transaction, minus, as Tatiana said (a piece of bucks) for her work, the word insurance did not sound at all. I could have refused the deal at the agency and resolved the sale issue directly with the buyer, since the buyer is an adequate and decent person who was interested in the deal , and all the documents were in order. But since Tatiana, although not fully, did the work, I paid, I emphasize, ACCORDING to the contract, the amount of remuneration in the amount of six hundred dollars in equivalent. Before the transaction, I found out the hotline number of the Ministry of Justice and where to contact in case of a dispute with a real estate agency, and also received general advice from a lawyer. Of course, I didn't go anywhere, because I didn't see the point in it.
A separate word about the realtor Andrey. You do not have the right to impose insurance transactions and other services at the legislative level, and of course you are rude to customers too.
Result. The first time I applied for the services of a real estate agency and got an extremely unpleasant impression. I'll just say, be decent, do your job efficiently and conscientiously and you will get a "piece of bucks " and more.
And looking for how to cheat, take money out of thin air and at the same time slander the seller and the buyer is at least stupid and frivolous.
