Nice hotel! I liked everything! Attentive staff, delicious food, gorgeous views of the city and the sea from the rooftop pool! The room has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, mattresses and high-quality linens (this is important to me!)
You can exchange currency and buy excursions directly at the hotel. Convenient location in the city center. Next to the mall with a beautiful park, a whole street of cafes and shops, a favorite Day Today, a beach with tea trees.
Wonderful Flamingo beach, where they take you every day. Everything is pleasant and dignified. I recommend it!

The location of the hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of malls, shops.
The hotel is quite new. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed and bottled drinking water is left.
All the staff are polite. They take you to the beach at 9:00 and pick you up at 13:00, you can also take beach towels in the pool, on the roof.
The pool is small, 20h4 approximately, at sunset there is a beautiful view of the city and the canal / tributary, similar to the bay.
There is a gym next to the pool, with several exercise machines.
It is open from 8:30 to 20:00.
There is a restaurant on the second floor (M). Buffet, some dishes are changed, something is constantly (vegetables, fruits). Everything is quite tasty.
The hotel has only pleasant impressions.
The tax was 70 dirhams.

It's a good hotel with a convenient location. Not for a beach holiday, of course, the beach is about 40-45 minutes away, or on a transfer, but the departure time is 9.00, back at 13.00 is not particularly convenient. We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., checked us in at 13, room 616 is non-smoking and overlooking the bay. The room is spacious, everything you need is available..the tour was bought in three days, there was not much time to choose, before that we rested in Sharjah and Dubai. This is not the first time we have been on vacation in the UAE, so we did not take excursions because we saw almost everything. We took a transfer to Dubai at the bottom for 120 dirhams, they take us away at 13.00, we walk wherever we want and take us back at 21.00 (the minibus is very convenient, a good driver)

The hotel is super! We visited in January 2025. I liked absolutely everything! The staff is helpful, the cleaning is excellent, every day. Tea, coffee, and water are always in the room. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a shuttle service to the beach (it takes you twice in the morning at 9:00 and 9:15) back at 13:00 and 13:15. The breakfasts are excellent, dinner is also good, but almost everything is spicy.
Flamingo beach, nice. There are changing rooms, shower, toilet. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel provides towels for the beach.

An excellent and very decent three. Good non-killed rooms in turquoise or orange. Cleaning every day, if something was needed, was always kindly provided. A normal hotel. The main advantage is shopping malls, cafes, shops, hookah bar - all within walking distance. The liquor store is also nearby (who is interested)- 10 min walk. In Monar Mall (to the left of the hotel-15 min walk)there is a market like Auchan - you can buy seafood there - they will be prepared for you on the spot - you will need to wait for 30 minutes. The breakfasts are meager- but you will not stay hungry- scramble, sausages, eggs, pancakes, porridge, vegetables, watermelons, coffee, tea. For dinner - soup, salad and 5 main courses to choose from. They cook after ordering- this is a plus- they cook dinner very tasty- large portions. Minus- if you haven't had enough, they won't give you any more. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned at least every day, minus: the shower- the water does not go away, you sit in a puddle, as I understand it in all rooms. It's not terrible because of the price of the hotel- but it's not pleasant. They settled on the smoking floor - they asked for an ashtray for 3 days, 5 times a day, then they still gave it. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but everyone is friends with the translator. Flamingo Beach is 8 km from the hotel-the shuttle takes you to 9, picks you up at 12-13. You need to ask the driver or at the reception for the departure time for tomorrow. The beach is good, there are no sun beds and umbrellas, you will not find shade - you need to have time to take a place under a tree. There are showers along the edges of the beach. They say there is a beach near the Hilton hotel, it is 2-3 km away, we did not go there. The pool is small- there are 6 sun beds, but because it was out of season and everyone mostly goes to it because of a business trip, it was free. Swim normally to cool off. We got to Dubai by bus from the bus station - to Union Square, from there by metro. You can also take a taxi- faster. On the bus and metro we spent about 4 thousand rubles round trip for two, on a taxi about 16-20 t.r. As you like. It's not bad for one time, but there is something to compare it with - so we won't go there anymore.

A very good hotel for its not very high money. We rested for a week in December 2024. We had breakfast and dinner. We arrived from the airport at 9 a.m., there was no room yet. We went for a walk, had a snack, returned two hours later and checked in. The tourist tax is charged at the rate of 10 dirhams per day from the room upon check-in. The room is small but cozy - refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, two 0.5 liter bottles of water every day, kettle, tea and coffee bags. The big disadvantage is that there are no hand towels, only a bath towel for everyone, so take your own. There is nowhere to dry things after the beach (there are no balconies, no dryers either). Wi-Fi is in the room, but there is not enough speed for calls. Audio and text messages only. The food is good. For breakfast, there is a choice of 6-7 dishes, more fresh vegetables, melon and watermelon, cold cuts, one type of porridge, tea and coffee. For dinner, everything is about the same, but other dishes, soup instead of porridge, drinks for money, except water, one or two types of dessert. Flamingo takes a minibus with 13 seats to the beach every day at 9 a.m. and picks it up at 1 p.m. If there are more people, he makes two flights. It takes about 10 minutes to drive, and it's a long way to walk, at least an hour. The beach is excellent - clean sand, about 600 m long, gentle approach, clear water, changing rooms and toilets. There are no sun loungers or umbrellas. There is not much place to walk around the hotel - only a lot of shops and shopping centers. There is a Lu-Lu supermarket behind the hotel. There is a very good cheap Day-to-Day hypermarket within a 7-minute walk. We bought a lot of things there, from Dubai chocolate to pajamas and underwear. You need to know that there are often no sidewalks, you have to walk along the side of the road in the dust, take closed shoes. You should be careful at pedestrian crossings - they don't let you through at all, not like in Russia. Dollars are often accepted in stores, you need to check at the checkout. In exchangers, you can exchange rubles for dirhams, if necessary, but the exchange rate is about 10% lower than we exchanged them in Russia. Almost opposite the hotel is the Al Naeem shopping center (it seems to be called that), there is a large branded store on the second floor with very pleasant prices. In general, Ras Al Khaimah is beautiful in December, with daytime air +28 and water +25. But keep in mind that there is absolutely nothing to do there except the beach and shopping.

We were there from 15.02 to 21.02. We liked everything without exception. We arrived at night and were checked in quickly, they immediately take a tour for 6 nights, collecting 60 dirhams. The room was for smokers, clean. Everything worked, even the Russian channel was found. We only had breakfast- there was always something to eat and delicious. The room was cleaned every day, even if there was no tag. Hair dryer, safe, kettle, sockets, TV are all working😉The transfer takes you to the beach if there are a lot of people in 3 trips, it will not go anymore. We missed the 3rd flight, so there's no beach today)There is a basik on the roof that works until 18:00. If you want to sit with friends and have a drink, there is no place to do it in the hotel with your alcohol, it's a shame😏only in the pool until 18:00. Nearby there are shops, cafes and a bar in the hotel itself! Actually, I would give this hotel 4 stars, not 3 🥰

We had a rest in February 2024. I liked the hotel. The location is the same. There are shops, cafes, and a shopping center nearby. The sea is a little far away, but they take you by bus for free. You can take a taxi, about 500 rubles. We sometimes walked to turtle beach. Slowly in one direction, min. 50 went out, a bonus liquor store on the way. Turtles have been seen in the sea. I recommend taking dinner, they cook delicious, the food is varied. There is a small swimming pool and a gym on the roof. Bottom line: the hotel is 5+, minus only in the distance from the sea.

A good city hotel with no access to the sea. It corresponds to its three stars.
Check-in at the hotel was only from 12 o'clock. We arrived at 10 a.m. and were allowed to check in at 11 a.m. The staff speaks English, but we were lucky and there was a guide who spoke Russian. All friendly and responsive, any questions were solved quickly and efficiently.
At registration, you need to pay a tax of 10 dirhams for each night. For 9 nights, they gave, respectively, 90 dirhams. They were exchanged in advance at the airport, but you can do it without problems at the hotel itself.
We were given a room on the 7th floor (2 key cards), there is no balcony. Appliances include a kettle, TV, mini-bar, table lamp, air conditioning. For clothes, there is a huge built-in wardrobe with two shutters, built-in light, 6 hangers. The safe is small but roomy. There are two bedside tables with a dressing table by the bed.
Regarding the sockets: they are of the English type, i.e. an adapter is needed. We were completely upset because charging was extremely slow through the built-in USB port, but later we just tried to plug our plug into the outlet and it worked! It sits in the socket unreliably, but it is charging.
There are as many as 4 sockets, plus there are built-in USB and HDMI connectors.
There is only one Russian-language channel on the TV out of the announced four.
Every day, on request, they gave drinking water 2 bottles of 0.5, tea, coffee, dry cream and sugar.

The pool is on the LR floor (it's on the roof), small. There are sun beds, armchairs, two umbrellas. It works from 9 (like) to 7:30.
Transfer to the beach from 9 am, back as the driver says (12:00, 13:00), Monday was a day off. One flight was enough all the days, on the last day we went with two: 8:50 - 13:00 + 9:20 - 13:30.

The hotel is good

We bought a tour with my wife in February 2023 with half board (breakfast and dinner). The choice of dishes was normal for 3 stars. Sometimes the food was very spicy. But considering the quality of food in local cafes, we made the right choice. The room was cleaned. Towels were changed on demand. The view from the window of the high floors is beautiful, if on the bay. On the roof there is a small pool with fairly warm water (heated), towels are provided there. They take you to the beach, turtles swim in the bay. The beach is not very equipped and without functioning toilets. If you walk from the hotel through the Hilton and then through the wasteland towards the beach, you will find an alcohol market!!! In the Emirates!! There are very attractive prices for elite drinks. There are also cheap ones. For a city hotel, a normal option. I recommend it!

The hotel is perfect, a solid five among the triples. Communication is only in English, but the staff is sincerely trying to understand what you want from them and help. The rooms are nice, everything is modern, new, comfortable beds. We had the 13th floor, a gorgeous view of the bay and mountains, stained glass Windows, floor-to-ceiling.
We had breakfast only, delicious, not very varied, but we never stayed hungry.
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach, a 20-minute drive (Flamingo Beach). He goes there 1 time a day and 1 time back, it was not convenient for us, we used the same bus and taxi. The beach is gorgeous.

The room is decent, but there are not big disadvantages. The bed linen and towels are snow-white, the mattress is new, there are no complaints about it. There were only two very huge towels, one for hands and one for feet. And not as usual, two big ones, two small ones and for the legs. There's nothing to wrap your head in after a shower. I had to cover myself with this huge towel. Another drawback in the room is that the shower water poured onto the floor outside the fence. I had to put a towel for my feet. There is also no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, although most of the guests are Russian. We communicated through a translator. They say it's the same everywhere in the Emirates, I can't say. The food was also fine. However, there are a lot of spices, more Indian cuisine. You can survive a week. Since the hotel does not have its own territory, the pool was small on the roof. We were in the city of Mach in December 2023 as a family. We liked the hotel, it corresponds to more than the stated 3 stars. The bed is white, perfect, very good in quality, with a view of the bay from the window. The breakfasts are more India, but they left well-fed. A small bus with a capacity of 11 people takes us to the beach, sometimes we took a taxi 12-13 dirhams in one direction. There are many shops nearby, including an alcohol market with reasonable prices, there is a Bounty store with lots of sweets. On the last day, we came across a clothing centerpoint store and bought a lot of branded items with discounts. We went to the outlet, but the prices are too high for us. We went to Dubai for one day, bought a guided tour for $ 35 per person.

Quiet, calm, everything is within walking distance - currency exchange, shops for any purse, the embankment. The bus takes you to the beach, if on foot, then 40 minutes at a leisurely pace. Strange cleaning staff - they were constantly under-laying towels. Due to the late arrival, they were left without dinner and some kind of compromise solution was refused at check-in. The city beach is a 40-minute walk away. Their nuances - rooms with mountain views are subjected to a sound musical attack from a nearby hotel, next to a mosque, in the mornings the first couple of days it is unusual.

I was at this hotel in December 2023, January 2024 and late April/early May 2024.Excellent service, excellent food, friendly staff, there is a transfer to the sea, but at 6 a.m. I walked and took a taxi back, and then a second time by taxi -the average cost is 13 dirhams one way.I definitely recommend the entire Citymax hotel chain!
