We ordered a tile from this store, and they said it would be ready in a week and a half..It's been 2 weeks, and there are no tiles. Phone calls are being dropped...I do not recommend the store.

Hello. The other day we bought a tile in the store, no one offered to look at it when we bought it, and when we arrived home we started laying it out, most of the tiles were broken. They refused to take the refund. In the receipt, they just gave us to sign that we have no complaints (The service should be better. We will not go to this store anymore. Upset about the service.

We ordered tiles for the toilet and bath in the store. They promised to bring it within a week. They brought me to the toilet, when I called, asked what was wrong with the bathroom, I was VERY POLITELY ANSWERED: "Have you already put that tile, what are you asking about this one! We didn't promise you anything!!!" That's how the store staff responded! Don't set foot in this store anymore!
