And the fact that we came here and wasted our time is nothing, of course. This is the first time I've heard that a haircut master doesn't know how to make a ladder. The master managed to be rude to us from time to time with her phrases. The question for the salon is, what kind of training (psychological) did the master undergo, do you position yourself as a salon that will find an approach to any child (and my child is ordinary, without features, who is just afraid)?! And secondly, should I check for myself every time, which master you gave us by a badge, expressing lack of trust from the doorstep?! It would be another matter if the administrator had warned about the change of the master.
