We rested here for 5 days, breakfast and dinner are excellent, varied, constantly replenished. The location is excellent, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach, the beach is free, but without sun beds. Near the metro, there is free Parking (the car is parked by a hotel employee). The staff is excellent, any issue is resolved quickly. The rooms are good, we had a view of the highway, but the noise did not bother. There are some rooms with a view of the construction site, which is quite noisy, but when checking in, you can ask for a view not of it, we were lucky in this regard. Free small spa area - hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi, separate for men and women; pool on the 1st floor, small, there is also a children's pool. In general, I recommend the hotel, I did not find any serious disadvantages.

Great hotel, it was 11 days. by December 17, 2023. Everything is within walking distance of the beach, the promenade Along the Dubai Marina. The food is very good and varied.

Отвратительное питание! Из-за еды две звезды сняла!
Отель сам не плохой, номер просторный, симпатичный, но часть номеров выходит на стройку, строят и днём и ночью!!! Ванная комната большая , есть все необходимое, большой шкаф с подсветкой , не много пошарпаны обои , но нам это не принципиально, главное, чтоб было чисто и удобная кровать , простынь не на резинке, поэтому всегда приходилось поправлять , но это не критично. В номере есть чай, вода, кофе ( капсульная кофе машина , кофе ужасный).
Персонал очень отзывчивый , хороший, уборка отличная, встретили хорошо, за ранеее заселение заплатили 140 дирхам , ну и налог , оплата Юнион пэй в отеле не работает, только наличка, в остальных местах везде оплата проходила по карте Газпромбанк Юнион пэй!
У отеля хорошая локация, до метро пешая доступность, как и до трамвая, так же не далеко Марина Молл , ну и до променада и моря прогуляться одно удовольствие! Такси можно вызвать через Яндекс , карта , привязанная к приложению так же превосходно работает! Такси приезжает за одну минуту и только тариф «бизнес» , цены как в Москве на данную катергорию.
На этом плюсы заканчиваются, мы брали питание завтрак и ужин, и они отвратительные! В первый завтрак был и лосось и бри, даже очень вкусные, но далее все пропало , было какое -то копченное мясо взамен(((
Глазунью можно заказать , но её делают на масле, которое используют по несколько раз, далее вытирают салфеткой сковородку и снова наливают масло , упадет скорлупа - наплевать, не дожаривают, вся глазунья в соплях, так как много народа и повара торопятся, их и поварами назвать нельзя !!! Фрукты одни и те же и они не спелые, как для скота ! Овощи ( только помидоры, огурцы и салат) их очень мало и они кислые, не вкусные , салат заветренный. В общем , всё меню максимально дешевое и однообразное, ужины вообще никакие , есть нечего от слова совсем, все жирное и со специями, однообразнее завтрака. Из правильно питания не будет ничего, но народ ходит довольный и набирает зеленых фруктов гору 🤦🏻♀️ нахваливая поваров , более того, на ужин много сладостей, но чая нет, он платный, заказали чайник чая за 20 дирхам, думали, принесут хороший заварной чай, в итоге в чайнике один пакетик индийской пыли 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ это фиаско, братан!
Бассейн в отеле никакой, малюсенький и в постоянной тени, без солнца и под ветром , так себе развлечение🫤, но мы на него и не рассчитывали! Пляж Марина дубай- это Анапа , грязно и многолюдно, нужно ездить на другие.
В общем, советую не брать питание в отеле, там есть полно хороших кафешек, особенно узбечка, где вкусно и дешево, еще и порции огромные, на фуд-корте в Марина Молл, так же можно найти вкусные кафешки , за ужины и завтраки вы заплатите не малые деньги, а сытости и удовольствия не получите однозначно! По крайней мере, тем, кто правильно питается или привередливы в еде , точно не сюда )
Ах, да, забыла сказать, что ко дню рождения Вам приносят в номер комплимент в виде тортика и открыточки, было мило 🤗

We stayed at this hotel in early November. It doesn't pull at 5 stars at all. Everything is tired, the decoration and design are outdated. There is almost no territory, and it is squeezed between the houses closely. A small pool and balconies of neighboring houses with locals hanging on them hang above it. The breakfasts are excellent and these are all the advantages. The rooms are small.

We have been staying at the hotel since February 26th. It was the second time we were there. The quality of service and food has become worse than it was 4 years ago.
Construction has begun nearby, city view = view of the crane. Somewhere up to the 12th floor for sure. So ask for a higher floor.
The breakfasts are monotonous, there is more choice at dinner. But the baby is 2 years old, there was absolutely nothing to eat at dinner.
A children's table is not provided.
The cots are in very poor condition. They brought only a bed and a mattress with a sheet - they did not give either a pillow or a blanket.
The pool is not heated, during this period it was warm only for lunch.
The way to the sea and the beach are magnificent.
Room cleaning is also great.

There is no information anywhere on the hotel's website that there is a construction site 10 meters away. The tour operator , of course, did not warn about this either. Instead of city View, you're looking at a construction site, not to mention night jobs. The pool is located on the 1st floor and the pool offers a wonderful view of other people's underpants, which are drying in huge quantities in the building opposite! You get pool towels only for a deposit, 100 dirhams is a card for one towel. There were 3 of us. Breakfast is just nothing to eat) if it wasn't for the omelette, we would be hungry. Is it 5 stars?! Location 15 minutes to the beach , 15 minutes to the metro - in the heat ! It is better to pay extra and take on 1 line. The most unfriendly staff, especially the guys at the pool, at least the prime ministers. Worn plumbing , well , OK. At the reception they speak Russian, but they also serve! :) I hope you understand what I mean! I will never come to this hotel again.

I am delighted with the view from the room!
It's a long way in the heat (September 2023) to go to the marina.
The pool is on the 1st floor, in the shade, so the water is cool, refreshes well, unlike the water in the pools on the roofs. Minus, - the pool is open until 20:00, in another hotel you could soak until 22:00, I liked it more.
Breakfast in the room (the first on the menu, with fruit), - just fire! A basket of rolls, a basket of sweets, a plate of fruit, - mmmm!
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

To the beach 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace, the shuttle to the beach was not used, because, firstly, it is lucky to the beach far from the hotel, and secondly, it rarely goes (according to the schedule). I really liked the hotel. The rooms are large. We lived on the 19th floor with a gorgeous view of the city. Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We took breakfast and dinner. I liked everything. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't need it. They preferred to swim in the Persian Gulf. There is a free shuttle service to the sea and to the Marina. The hotel is super! it is located next to the Dubai marina mall, every hour a bus pulls up to the hotel and takes it first to the beach (picks up and drops people off), then goes to the marina mall, and then back to the hotel. Very friendly staff, speak Russian, English, Arabic. For a long time at breakfast I spoke English with the staff, at the end I realized by chance that they perfectly understand Russian. If there were any problems, we were ready to solve them as soon as possible.
The ideal location of the hotel from road junctions, metro, Dubai mall and the cleanest beach.
I liked the service in every detail. Starting from the reshepshen, ending with a beach man handing out towels. The only thing that bothered in the service is that when you forget to leave a locked room and go to breakfast, the cleaning is right there and is cleaned for a very long time, you get tired of waiting.
The food is very tasty and quite diverse, but there are incredibly many people. A lot of fruits, once for dinner we even got to shish kebabs, where they fried sharp wings, shish kebab, chops on the grill and skewers. If you take it with dinner, then only water is included from the drinks, but with an additional payment they give good sets.
Each room is clean and tidy, a gorgeous view from the window, an excellent light control system and air conditioning. The TVs have the ability to connect to your phone, profile on YouTube. Tea, coffee, cream, sugar everything in the room is updated every day.
Lots of cool shops, including supermarkets.
The disadvantages were:
— windows on the highway, smoky and noisy, where construction is constantly underway;
— the shower is leaking from the stall and the whole bathroom is flooded;
— a small and shallow pool of 1.5 m;
— breakfast gets boring after a couple of days.

Great! I liked the hotel - beautiful, great location: near DMCC metro station, JBR beach, Dubai Marina Mall. Wonderful view of the Marina and the Eye of Dubai.
Very good dinners, I recommend - there is always a "dish of the day": a whole bird or fish, shish kebab, meat. There is also always beef, chicken, fish, lots of greens and vegetables. Great desserts, pancakes/churros with ice cream are prepared.
The rooms are comfortable.
There is a spa, a swimming pool, a children's room.

Great hotel. We stayed from May 10 to May 17, 2022.
The hotel is clean, beautiful, technological, very tasty breakfasts, responsive, polite staff. The girls at the reception and at the entrance to the restaurant are Russian-speaking.

Daily room cleaning. Rashid always cleaned our place non-intrusively and cleanly, carefully monitored when we turn on the cleaning and immediately came while we were away.
It's nice that for hotel guests in the Spa there is a free sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi, it's just a pity that men and women are separate, my husband and I are used to relaxing everywhere together (As a suggestion, make some joint visiting hours).
The hotel has restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner, but the prices there are not low. There are supermarkets and cafes within walking distance, where prices are noticeably lower.
There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach and the nearest Marina Mall.
Convenient location for an expensive and relatively budget holiday, the beach and the metro are about 1 km away. You can go to the beach in the morning. After the beach, take the free bus to the hotel, get ready, walk to the metro and get to the main attractions in a cool, clear metro. In the evening, take a walk on the embankment with gorgeous views - the beach, skyscrapers, Ferris wheel, super lighting.

A chic hotel. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. Slept like the dead))) gorgeous view from the window . Cleaning the room every day, even my jars were arranged beautifully. They congratulated me on my birthday with a cake with a candle at breakfast. It was very nice.
The pool is not big but clean. The sauna is included in the price of accommodation, but we have not been there.
There is a free shuttle service to the sea and to the Marina Mall shopping center runs every hour

Rested in December 2022. A good city hotel, a bus goes to the city beach. The territory of the hotel is quite small, but there is a gym (usually empty) and I really liked it.
