Although I don't wear the shoe constantly, there is a squeaky squeaky sound at December intervals as I press the front part of the left one. This problem sometimes lasts for half an hour and 45 minutes, then it goes back to normal, but it starts again. There is no physical damage, tears or stains on the product; only the sound comes from the rubber part. After experiencing the problem, I took the product to the store. They just took pictures and said they would be back in 72 hours. The store attendant also stated that there may be problems with rubber. However, when the return was made to me, I was told that the examination had resulted negatively. In the same way, when I called on the phone, it was stated that the evaluation was made only on the basis of photos and there was no production-related problem. I do not accept that this conclusion should be reached only with a photo, without physically looking at the product. Also, when I called customer service, I was told that I had to go to the store again, nothing else could be done. I would like to point out that the shoe is still covered by the warranty and I paid by credit card as a one-time payment. My expectation is that the left shoe will be changed. I demand to stand behind the product and eliminate my victimization.

The product came to the store and went to the refund. When I went to get my money, they didn't give it, they created a check and said, I called the customer representative, they said it would be in 24 hours.it's been 24 hours, there's no product, no money, no check. They literally laid on my money. The worst store I've ever shopped at in my life is the first and last. I'm after my money.
