Not good customer service staffs are too rude

I went on a trip with great anticipation, and this hotel surpassed all my hopes! The interior is chic, creates an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The breakfasts here are a real gastronomic delight. For each meal, I am ready not only to eat, but also to enjoy the atmosphere. And the views? Pure art! In the morning, sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and enjoying the fresh air is a dream come true. The hotel left only positive emotions, I will definitely come back!

It's definitely three stars, not five 😂
On the 7th floor there is a strong smell of smoking. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. The restaurants in the hotel are so-so. There is also a Filipino nightclub, so the bass will be hammering in your room. There is a metro nearby. The rooms are ordinary. In the shower, the water is hot, then cold.
