on 06/04/2026, at 10:14 a.m. 27 km from the dealer zero on 2/4/2026, I bought a VW Tayron Brand car, a 2026 model, for the following transactions, at the Premium branch of Ziebart Ataşehir to Kader Korkmaz Hanım (Branch Manager), taking detailed photos (I know there are no scratches, but for me to have proof), he knitted it himself, took photos and delivered it in exchange for a signed document proving that there were no scratches, hits and errors. Actions to be taken ; Complete coating of Z-Tech Pro Paint Protection Film (including headlights and mirrors), 5 glass number 2 window film, Windshield thermal window film, Water repellent windshield coating process, The seat leather protection process. The same day in the evening, Kader Hanım called me and asked me for the photos I took while delivering. When I asked why, he stated that there was a scratch on the driver's door. I sent him the photos and there were no scratches on the photos, which contain location, time and all metadata, which are proof that I took them when delivering them to the Ziebart Ataşehir Premium branch. He himself claimed that they did not do it. However, for delivery the next day(07/04/2026), he stated that they would complete the coating by making a steel retouching process for my promised vehicle. ( whatsapp conversations with corporate lines are attached). Oct. When I asked what time I would receive delivery on April 7, 2026, I did not get an answer. 8. In April 2026, he called at 10:57 in the morning and stated that he would be ready at around 17:00 in the evening. However, I stated that I had an evening job and wanted to pick it up early, and I was called at 15:09, the information that my car would be ready in 30 minutes was given to me by Kader Korkmaz. Dec. when I left 30 minutes later, the car was still not ready, and Kader Lady told me that I could control the car, the window film was still being processed. What I encountered when I went to check; There are puffiness and dust grains under the coating on the driver's rear door, bumps on various parts of the coating, and there are also puffiness on the windshield thermal film. There is a paint removal on the bumper next to the left front headlight. There are scratches on the chrome part of the driver's rear passenger window. On top of that, the driver's window of the car was open, and when I started the car and tried to start my car to check the window film, the car wasn't working. The car's battery is dead. They started the vehicle with reinforcement. Then, when the vehicle started, the errors in the vehicle were as follows; Start stop, drive system, electric parking brake, auto hold, acc system, right-left signals, cruise control system, 12V battery supply system failure. Please go to the service immediately. As a result, the response I received when I reported these to Ms. Kader and the employees. It has nothing to do with us, the errors were service resets. All whatsapp conversations, video recordings and photos from the branch are available. In addition, the branch camera recordings should also be examined. I paid $79,800 to get my car delivered. The figure was the first amount we agreed and all the staff were there. I wouldn't have been able to get my car if you hadn't paid. After that, I inform you that I will go to the court for the compensation of expenses that may arise due to the transactions made there in my vehicle. I request a refund to my side for the transactions made.
