I fell for the reviews and paid for it.
The result is that the oil flows out of the box from all sides after 4 months. Further details.
1. They didn't call me, despite the fact that they promised. As a result, I constantly had to call myself to keep up to date.
2. At the same time, there were no photos and videos of the current work, I do not know what was done and how.
3. Even before the start of work, I described the situation that the f17 box is a weak point of these models, the boxes wear out a lot and it is extremely difficult to find a normal replacement. Therefore, I immediately expressed my desire to fix it in order to be sure of a high-quality result. He asked if there were any difficulties in finding the details. The answer was unequivocal - there are no difficulties, all the details are on sale, and they allegedly dealt with such boxes. But as soon as the box was disassembled, they immediately said that the box needed to be changed. I repeated that we would fix it, then it turned out that there were problems with finding parts. As a result, used parts were found, but it was expensive - 660 rubles.
4. I asked you to call me in advance and tell me what details are needed and how much they cost. They confirmed that they would call. But they called to say that they had already bought everything.
5. The stabilizer bars have already been "bought" by the most expensive (30p each), and with a name absolutely unknown to anyone. I bought famous German ones for 20p.
6. In Opel manual transmission. They have "already bought" some oil at 20 rubles per liter for automatic transmissions. Automatic! I asked several times why they wanted to pour it into mechanics, I heard nothing else except: "Yes, we pour this into your Opel Vectra mechanics." No one has ever heard of such a miracle. The German original oil for such a box is for mechanical! (60p).
Result.
After 4 months, the oil flows from three sides of the box. I drove up to them. They say that the warranty ended after a month, they do not see their fault. They want 100 rubles.
I told them that I would reflect everything in the review. They threatened unequivocally: "You also work somewhere...
After you left a review, they said:"We wanted to solve it peacefully, if you don't want to, now the repair of the box is 350 rubles!"
