I bought a battery at the end of July, as winter came (minus) the battery sat down. I tried to pass it under warranty, and in response - they charged it, the battery is serviceable. Now (a week later) the battery has sat down again. By calling the call center, managers can't say anything intelligible except - the service works on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. I also work, but the call center can't help in this case. Customer orientation at the level. I will try to pass it again, but something tells me that the answer will be the same. The company cares only about the sale, but not about the quality of work with customers. Also, I am forced to go to hand over the battery for machine builders 9a, but I have the right to bring and hand it over to any seller's store, and upon completion of the procedures, I will receive it there if necessary. Result: I highly do not recommend contacting the seller, because if you have problems with the product, you will have to spend a lot of time on useless trips to them. Also, the selection of the battery was initially incorrect. I suspect that's the whole problem.

The model you liked was brought on the same day about 2 hours after registration. If necessary, remove the old battery and install a new one - the service is also free. Good afternoon. So everyone writes that everything is super, the service is on top, called and brought, etc. AND THEN WHAT???? I bought a battery in April. They brought it. I put it on. Super! Autumn came and it got colder. I began to notice an uncertain engine start in the morning. I checked the battery. It shows 11.4V in the morning. We checked the entire electrical part of the car at the service station and gave a conclusion that everything is working properly, carry the battery under warranty. And so he did. I arrived at Machine Builders 9A, the master checked the serviceability of the electrical part of the car and did not make any claims. And then the most interesting thing began!!! After removing the battery and checking it, it was concluded that it was severely discharged. The conclusion of the master: I discharged it and did not charge it! According to the master, the car DOES NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY, BUT KEEPS IT CHARGED!!! AND THE BATTERY MUST BE CHARGED BY THE DRIVER HIMSELF, RESORTING TO THIRD-PARTY CHARGING SOURCES! Rave! When was this? Even if the battery was discharged (which was not 100%), then the car would have charged it and there would be no problems! It turns out that I drove 50 km to the service in a serviceable car and the battery did not charge? And there's a queue of people like me! They go around and send it to everyone's ears! I will continue to fight to replace the battery. Sincerely, your regular customer, who has already bought four batteries from you, which have been working without problems for more than one year. It took me a long time to choose a new battery for a diesel engine with a webasta. At first, I was inclined to AGM technology, but the price is too high. Therefore, the choice fell on the hybrid Actech 77Ah. And the price pleased me - only 230 BYN. The guys confirmed the availability and agreed on delivery after the weekend (although they could have done it in 2 hours, but I refused). On Monday, they called back and reported that they did not really like the selected battery when checking it and offered to take a look at ALFA. It was a little more expensive, but I was offered the same price as Actech. Plus, they took off five of my old batteries at a great price. As a result, I am very satisfied with the purchase and service. Now I will buy batteries only here. I wish the company stability and development.
