Good day to everyone. The hotel is normal for 2 *, the breakfasts are ordinary, there is something to choose from, the dinners are not delicious. If you leave the hotel and go left along the road for about 20 minutes (1.5 km approximately) you will see a Spinneys store, where you can buy ready-made food, fruit and much more. To the right of the store is the road leading to La Mer beach (the cost of a sunbed and an umbrella is about $ 30). I didn't like it at all.
It's dirty, the towels are unwashed. The furniture is terribly creaky. Everything has been in need of repair and updating for a long time.

The food is not delicious! You can still choose something for breakfast, it's definitely not worth paying for dinner! The air conditioning is not regulated, a maximum of 21 and they say that this is the case in all rooms, towels and tea for one person, but they bring it on request, although after a second call to the reception and after 40 minutes. There is practically no pressure in the shower, long hair can not be washed. The towels are already gray with ragged edges. There is only one bus to the beach and if you came up, and all the seats are occupied, then you did not have time. Therefore, everyone lines up in advance. We didn't leave at 10:15, the next bus is at 14:15.
The view from the window into the courtyard is a well, which means it is dark and there is no sun.
On vacation, we always focus on the good, but there is too much of the negative.
This is the third hotel for our 2-week vacation in the Emirates and it is definitely not worth choosing!

Good afternoon! This review was written at the time of your stay at the hotel on 06.12.2022. Please consider it an official appeal to the hotel administration!!! With all the EXCELLENT quality of service (staying at the hotel for the third time) there is a significant MINUS on the above date!!! This is dinner: according to the schedule from 18:30 to 22:00. In fact, after 20:10, the entire buffet is empty (cold appetizers are smeared on plates, cloches with hot (especially meat and fish) are empty, there is no fruit). Asked to update... Some snacks were brought, but the fish had to wait 30 minutes. And everything went on the "minimum". Fruit was never brought (but there was a vein, or rather a substance) Dinner from the planned 30-40 minutes came out almost an hour and a half. We have all the rest on the act still in time, planning events with a return to the hotel just in time for the end of the announced "dinner". I ask the administration to pay attention to this situation and resolve the issue of providing dinner to its guests in equivalent conditions, both arriving at the beginning of dinner and by the end of the dinner time set by your hotel., and not the residual principle. Since there were a lot of hotel guests in this situation (people were arriving and arriving for dinner), I ask the hotel administration to eliminate the situation described above and provide already PAID meals at the level.

The hotel itself is good, I would maybe put more stars.
They are fed according to the buffet system, for me it is so delicious. I saw in the reviews that the waiters themselves impose what you say - I didn't have that, you just go and impose yourself what you want and how much you want.
The rooms are cleaned every day, sometimes they may forget to leave towels, for example. But if you call the reception, everything will be brought to you within 5-10 minutes.
You can also get a beach towel at the reception.
La Mer Beach is a 25-minute walk away. Transfer from the hotel 2 times a day, but for me the time is not very convenient. The first time is 10:15, the second is 14:15.
I read a lot in the reviews that the Dubai Mall and the Tower are just around the corner - well, how to say. you can see the tower, it's hard not to notice it, but it's very decent to walk to it. I walked to the metro (at least 30-40 minutes), then three metro stations and you are there.
There are a lot of beaches along Jumeirah Street, including the famous Burj Al Arab Hotel (there are free beaches on both sides of the hotel, but for me La Mer will be more peaceful, and the view of the Sail is not very chic). Bus No. 8 will take you to any beach along Jumeirah.
In principle, you can rent scooters near the hotel (you need to download the app) and the road to the beach will take you 10 minutes instead of 25.

A good hotel within its stardom. Cosy. The disadvantage is that most of the windows overlook the courtyard and, accordingly, there is no view from the window (to the neighbors' windows).
There are no balconies, which is basically the norm for Dubai. There is free WiFi, the signal is good.
20-25 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby.

Right now we are in this hotel. The room itself is comfortable. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle. Two bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream are brought daily. The air conditioning in the room is regulated according to your feelings. We did not take food, it is much cheaper to buy everything ourselves, shops are within walking distance. Everything is sold there: ready-made food, pasta ready with meat, in a container, baked chicken, etc. For two of us, my husband and I spend 40-60 dirhams on food, 800-1200 rubles on Russian rubles. For example, a whole, baked grilled chicken 8 dirhams. Container of pasta with meat (500 grams) 9 dirhams. Juice 1 liter 3 dirhams, natural, without sugar. Package of buns (4 pcs) with cinnamon, 5 dirhams. Cocktail 1 liter, milk with chocolate or strawberries, 4 dirhams.
Breakfast at this hotel for one is 19 dirhams, lunch and dinner are 56 dirhams. Conclusion: all inclusive 262 dirhams for two.
It's really hard to go to the sea in the heat, it's 40 degrees now. Along the way, we come across two bus stops, they are closed, they have air conditioning, and there we escape while we go. From the hotel to the beach about 25-30 minutes.
The hotel is very quiet, no kids running around the corridors. We sleep until 10 am.
There are 5 Russian channels on TV.
We did not find any disadvantages.
