This is the first time I've seen one of the worst services of this airline! We flew out of Thailand normally on 11/17/2025, but from Muscat it was terrible. The seats were given to the last ones at the toilets, although I was the very first to register. As a result, the drinks that I asked to bring were mixed up, since there was nothing left to choose from the food (according to the flight attendant), there was only fish left, but when I started eating, I realized that it was chicken (although it was labeled fish). The food is not delicious at all, the food is better on other airlines. The only advantages are that we took off a little earlier (10 minutes) and the tickets themselves are relatively cheap. Places at check-in cost money - unreasonably expensive in economy. In general, I do not recommend this airline to anyone.

Hello everyone I will tell you a true and real review about the flight by this airline. We flew from Moscow to Bangkok with a transfer in Muscat. 1. About baggage and boarding - The baggage was checked in before Bangkok, but they gave one boarding pass, the second one was received at the counter during the transfer (connect, transfer, whoever calls it), but they already gave one boarding pass back from Bangkok, in which there were two seats for the first and second flights. This is the first time I've seen this, one barcode on a boarding pass for two flights. 2. About delays - there are no delays, everything is on schedule!!! 3. About food - of course, everything is not very good here, since Indian food has a specific appearance and smell, you can eat, but carefully. You won't stay hungry, but it's still very scarce. 4. About the flight from Moscow and to Moscow - the flight from Moscow to Muscat and from Muscat to Moscow (1st segment) is the toughest and worst flight in my experience. The aircraft is small (medium) with one narrow row, 38 rows and only two toilets in the tail. There's a queue all the way to the middle of the plane. Such a plane is clearly not suitable for a 5-hour or more flight!! Stewart's onboard service score is 0. Everything is slow, not timely, dirty, all the drinks ran out on the 3rd row. The trays were removed after 30 minutes, until the passengers themselves began to carry them. There's nothing to breathe in the cabin, the air conditioners didn't seem to be there at all, and at one time it almost got bad. Until the service and the plane itself are changed, no flights by this company!!! 5. About the flight from Muscat to Bangkok and back to Muscat 2nd segment - everything is fine here, the plane is big, everything is in order, everything is timely, my opinion is such a service - because a lot of foreign tourists are flying, so the service is different and It's very different. The food is the same, but everything is fast, there was enough for everyone, any requests were fulfilled instantly. When receiving luggage in Bangkok, two wheels on a suitcase broke, I went to the Oman counter, they didn't help in any way, first they asked for baggage insurance so that someone would pay for the damage to the baggage damaged by OmanAir employees, and then they generally answered that please contact the airline's official website to resolve the issue. Bottom line - I do not recommend this airline to anyone, and I will never even look at it again!!!

The second segment of the Muscat - Manila, Moscow - Muscat flight was canceled, arriving in Oman on November 7 at 05:40. Departure from Muscat on November 9th at 9.15 a.m., 27 hours later!!!! Accordingly, hotels, domestic flights and excursions have been "blown off" in the Philippines. There is still silence on the refund. I'm thinking of filing a class action lawsuit against AK. l
