The food is ok not bad not good but the staff are so lazy i sit there for 30 minutes thinking my order is being made but then i know that the waiter didn’t even take my order, over all bad experience

If you want eat tasty Donner you must try here ...one of the best restaurants not too crowded with casual atmosphere. you can visit here with groups and If you are alone you are not bored because WiFi service also available here with tasty Donner and foods....

Fort Verniy is a great place to relax. Delicious, freshly prepared food, the menu is constantly updated. Entertainment programs for every taste, there is a children's corner. Polite and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

A good institution, responsive staff, however, there are a couple of points: for two days in a row I took a doner (double, with beef, 2,300 tenge each, there were two different doner masters), for the first time, the meat in the doner had a desperate taste of mutton (I am not an opponent, and yet, I was counting on beef), the second time, the meat or some of the sauces were excessively salty. And in general, I liked it (or was I very hungry?), but I would suggest that the administration pay attention to these couple of points. I wish the institution development and prosperity, I hope my recommendation will be received adequately. I give 4 stars because the institution has a lot to grow!

Вкусно. Персонал для донерной на твердую 5. Мясо добротное. Довольно быстро приносят. Правда,, сладкое принесли до донера. :)))). Но мне норм. Бцргеры не ел. Чисто на 4. Напитки в ассортименте.

Донер на батоне не очень сразу скажу, а вот на лаваше вкусный! Шашлык кавказский нормальный, не скажу что в восторге. Салат Цезарь тоже норм, соус не очень лимонного сока не хватает. Мне очень понравился лимонад 👍А так цены очень даже низкие, вежливый персонал, всё чисто и аккуратно.

Еда средне. Персонал хороший. Время ожидания тоже в норме. Чай Ташкенский не вкусный. Не очень чисто, стены уже замызганные. Интерьер средячок. Бургеры не пробовала. Донер в лаваше есть можно.

Совсем ничего не понравилось...зашли туда в хорошем настроение, после посещение ёлки, и ушли в не очень хорошем настроение. Заказали чиз двойной,чай с молоком, донеры, фри,колу..чай нам принесли без молока, котлета в чизбургере так же как и мясо в донере вообще без вкуса какого либо,в донере жевали как будто одну картошку фри. Уборная выходит в зал,так будьте любезны держать её в чистоте.это ужасно...

По всем сервисам и сетям,о вас,оставляла всегда лишь хорошие отзывы.После вчерашнего употребления донеров с компанией,я этого делать никогда не буду.Вы испортились!Я конечно понимаю,что у вас там конвейер из людей,но простите,те,кто заказывает на вынос или с доставкой,тоже люди,не свиньи,которым можно натолкать в сухой донер горелую картошку,да столько,что теперь с желудком плохо всем,а овощей положить,так,будто вы их украли.Мясо пересолено,без комментариев.Давились сидели все,не узнавая вас,как прежде лучших,а теперь упавших настолько низко.И ведь ладно бы,один из нескольких,а заказывали мы двойную порцию,более шести штук,был таковым,все были одинаково пересолеными,горелыми и с кусочком унылого овоща.Почему вы не продаете подобное за 500 тенге???!Почему это,стоит 2000???С вас все в шоке.Больше на вынос или через доставку,брать не будем никогда,мы вам не скот,есть отребье!А если,не дай Бог,такое продадите напрямую,я вам по мордасам там же насую от души и позасовываю,эти сухие горелки во все сквозные,такое позорище устрою,что вы не рады будете!Бессовестные вы!

Солянка была среднего приготовления, всего из 2х видов колбас и довольно жидкая. Донер из мяса был пересолен и мало овощей, зато много картошки.... На чай необоснованно завышена цена... 1000 тенге за кипяток и заварку.... В целом чисто, обслуживание хорошее

Оценка донера по вкусу - 4 звезды. Столики удобно расположены, доступны на вытянутую руку. Официанты вежливы. Недостаток - мало парковочных мест.

Все же летом есть донер очень опасно. Это слоев 100 мяса, прессованные целый день под солнцем и у огня. Лучше все же летом его не продавать и заменить другим продуктом.

Оценка донеру из 5 максимум 2 и то за то что пытался приготовить донер. Оценка персоналу 1 из 5 баллов, официанты шумно разговаривают и без причинно орут, приведите их личную гигиена в соответствие. Не рекомендую!!!
