The girl dialed, without introducing herself who it was, guess for yourself, with a request to put the bed to work earlier - no problem, and then dialed after some time on Monday at lunch - the bed is ready, we'll bring it tomorrow at lunch, I couldn't take it for tomorrow, explaining that I need to prepare a place where to put it the bed, I need at least a day or two to remove the boxes from other furniture and appliances, the house is being renovated! To which I heard injections in my direction that I couldn't take it when it was convenient for them, not for me, and if they knew that I wouldn't take it right on Tuesday, they wouldn't have launched it earlier, it felt like I asked her to keep it in stock for a month, not a couple Days! As a result, the bed was delivered to us on Friday, having agreed with us on the time, but!!! The driver was afraid to drive up to the house on the road of stones, arguing that his car was low and he would scratch the bottom, responding to a request for a solution to this nuance, he dialed the director of this organization, with whom I eventually had to communicate, the head suggested that I look for a way out of this situation myself, saying that you we did not order the ASSEMBLY of the bed, so we deliver it to the nearest possible place of entrance to the house and then, as you want, you drag it, although the driver offered the director to send another, higher car for overloading, so that we could drive up to the house, which was refused, as a result, the car drove up to the house, so as a matter of fact, low-landing passenger cars pass quietly there, the bed was wrapped in stretch film, bolts for assembly were poured into our hand, there were no assembly instructions, fortunately it was dropped into Viber, it's good that we ordered only one bed in this organization, we also wanted to take a chest of drawers and shelves from them, but not anymore.... By the way, they didn't give us a guarantee either! The bed was assembled by yourself and very quickly, there is nothing complicated there! I hope the manager will reconsider his attitude towards customers, learn to hear, listen and look for ways out of any situation.
