The service is disgusting. It seems that with the relocation of the office from the Underground City, tact, courtesy and attention to customers have left. The office has moved, but everything else has not arrived. Very sorry. Our cooperation has been long. But I think it will end with the end of card maintenance.

Before moving (in transit)There was a perfect separation:2 cash desks, ATM ,4 consultants .The ticket offices were open from 9 a.m., without breaks (if one goes to lunch, then the second ticket office is open).Now there is only one cash register and 2 consultants, the cash register starts at 10 , so also lunch for an hour, so for the third time I come after 10 - it does not work for technical reasons (how many is unknown).It became "whatever."
