On 18.12 we decided to have a snack with my husband before going to the cinema. We arrived earlier on purpose, as we know about the often long wait. This is not the main complaint, although there are questions here: in 30+ minutes of waiting for a small order (one burger + a small combo), you can already get a salad with a drink in the restaurant. But we were ready to wait, we wanted fast food. As a result, the burgers were cold... but that's not the main thing. I'm attaching a photo of what my grilled hamburger looked like. I know perfectly well what goes in there, but is it really okay to give something like this? Alone?! a circle of cucumber and a spit (sorry, I can't say otherwise) of sauce. The potatoes and nuggets were fine. I'm not a fussy customer at all, I've worked in catering and the service sector myself, and therefore I can't imagine how you can give this to a person. The staff didn't have time to clarify this point, so I decided to leave a review.

my favorite is bc, the potatoes are always salty, the burgers are juicy, the sauce runs down my fingers and face, the staff is normal, the waiting time sometimes goes through the roof, but I don't really care, I manage to go to the toilet and go out for a smoke. Basically, I come to BC when I have a lot of free time and need to do something, even sometimes I come to watch a movie with junk food.

I recently came with a friend, ordered a regular set of cola, two regular burgers and potatoes, an hour passes, the order is still not ready. we ask when it will be asked to continue for another 10 minutes, as a result, it took an hour and a half for our simple order (in between, when we approached to ask about the order, we saw dissatisfied faces and rolling eyes). Now we came, we thought okay, it's okay, anything happens. but out of 4 pinpads, 1 was working, a large queue was crowding towards him, and in the end it turned out that his terminal was not working either. At this time, the staff, instead of saying that it was not working, just stood and watched what was happening. It's just a horror, not an institution!
