We were celebrating a child's birthday. There are no complaints about the game space itself, and everything is far from new, but the children liked it. I was annoyed by the behavior of one employee, unfortunately I do not know her name, she is old and stood behind the cash register. We had a lot of things, treats for the children, and it was difficult to carry everything in our hands. At the bottom, we asked for a cart from the guard, of course, taking into account that we would return it,)) they did not refuse us. But for some reason, the employee of the game decided that she cared about everything, ran up to us and with a hysterical cry began to say that we would pay a fine of 400 rubles for this cart. She didn't react much to our statement that we had agreed on everything. Somehow, the sediment remained.

My visit to the Detlandia children's entertainment center left an ambiguous impression. On the one hand, the space for games is quite extensive and offers a variety of entertainment for children of different ages. Bright decorations and themed decorations create a festive atmosphere, which certainly attracts young visitors. However, the key point that marred the overall impression was the lack of proper supervision of children. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly witnessed situations where children freely left the center's territory without any support from the staff. This situation raises serious concerns about the safety of children. Parents who entrust their children to an entertainment center rightly expect that they will be properly looked after. In Detlandia, however, this aspect, in my opinion, requires significant improvement. It is necessary to strengthen control over the movement of children and ensure their safety throughout the center.

We had a great time with the whole family. I liked it more than on the Expobel. There are slides, a trampoline, cannons, and a ball pool in the small square. Everything is great, thanks.
