Excellent hotel, service and beach.
Most of the conversation is in English, but if you don't have the knowledge on your fingers or through a translator on your mobile, they will also understand. There are Russian speakers in separate shifts at the reception. We rested in March 2024, the sea is lovely, the sandy beach, there were always enough sun beds for everyone, the staff is watching this and those who just left a towel and left the beach are immediately cleaned. I recommend it for holidays with children. There is a children's club where you can give a child to be engaged with. The food is great, there are local dishes, but they are very tasty, there has always been seafood. There is a separate table with a menu for children. No one will stay hungry. Who needs discos, it's in Dubai, everything is civil and calm here. No one swims in the pool at night and does not shout Leps in three throats.
The room stock is in good condition, linen is strictly replaced 1 time in 2 days. If you need it every day, you can specify on the panel and the service will know that you need cleaning. Or leave a card on the bed.
If you need to go to the supermarket, you can take a taxi, the hotel has a free shuttle, but it only takes you to Fujairah City, not to Fujairah mall. At this time of the year, the weather is good for another 29-30 degrees, the sea is 22. Further in April, the temperature will only rise and it will be very hot on the beach.
We liked everything, 7 days passed very quickly.

We rested here in May 2022. The hotel is wonderful! Stylish, cozy and clean. Polite and responsive staff will come to the rescue in any situation. Delicious and varied food, a beautiful wide beach, excellent clean new rooms all with sea views, only the pool is visible from the lower floors. A very cozy Horizon lounge bar, with a high level of service - Ritica and Usman try to anticipate and take into account all wishes. In the main restaurant, the service is also above all praise, the waiters, with a large load of the hotel, try to be as friendly and smiling as possible. The rooms are large, cleaning every day, as well as changing towels and bed linen. There is a spa with good cosmetics, as well as a gym where you can work out, for example, during the hottest period of the day. There is a free bus that takes you to the nearest shopping center City center, but the shopping center itself is "for an amateur", depends on who is looking for what. There is a pharmacy and an ATM within a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Everything is fine. But there is a little thing that is not clear to me. We took breakfasts and dinners, and for dinner any drinks except drinking water are paid. Just tea with a regular tea bag costs 40 dirhams. Steaks, seafood, take as much as you want, but you have to pay for regular tea or coffee. I think this is a flaw in the hotel, which offers such a level of service. This is a trifle and nonsense, but it is annoying when you need to pay 80 dirhams daily. Tea and coffee should be included in the price, everything else is naturally paid.

The dress code is observed on the territory, especially when visiting the restaurant.Behind the territory opposite the hotel there is an office of Excursions and a museum of retro cars. In the office of excursions, we bought a night tour in a convertible in Dubai with a Russian-speaking driver, the prices are several times cheaper than those of a tour operator, those who want to buy tours in the tour would contact the office of excursions near the museum. The food is varied, thematic dinners are held, the interior of the rooms is thought out, everything is very comfortable, stylish, the cleaning is excellent, daily, unnoticed. The children's room is equipped for toddlers and older children. Alyona, a children's animator, conducts daily classes with children, sings karaoke, makes crafts, and plays outdoor games. The child is happy! Animator for adults-Anna is just a miracle, passionate about her work, tactful, smiling! water aerobics, hiking in the mountains, croquet, archery! I would like to note that in addition to the classes that are on the schedule, she, on her own initiative, conducted oriental dances for us every day. During the vacation, we learned and recorded a dance, the girls are delighted! Yoga is at the highest level, I got only one, but it was WOW! The girl who teaches yoga is from India, studied it at the university, is engaged professionally. A hotel where you can comfortably relax from the hustle and bustle.

In 2023, a vacation here is similar to an all-inclusive Turkish vacation 15 years ago.
It was very pleasant that at the entrance to the restaurant you were greeted by the hostas and escorted to the table. The cuisine is diverse, often themed (Japanese, Italian).
Animations are 0, but maybe it was such a period.
The only problem is that the bar closes earlier than the main restaurant at 22:00. And that's it, beer is only in the paid mini bar, at a very inhumane price.

Vacationed with a family with two children for 2 weeks in May. The place itself is good. Fujairah is not as hot as the rest of the UAE. There is a refreshing breeze. The water is cooler, which was a plus for us, because it's already very hot in May. The beach is very nice, a long sandy spit. The water is clean, but the ocean is the ocean. One day the jellyfish sailed, it was impossible to go in. When the water warmed up by the end of the rest, it bloomed a little. And the most unexpected thing is that at the end of the rest, for some reason, a bunch of dead fish washed up on the shore. They cleaned the entire coast with huge garbage bags! The smell was terrible. Russian-speaking employees said it was the first time in 8 years. But friends say that this happens in the Emirates when oil leaks at a well. And on Fujairah, either pan, or disappeared with a rest.It lasted for 2 days, then we left.
Before this incident, we liked everything. The hotel is the best of what is on this coast.
The rooms are well renovated, clean, everything looks very decent. Large balconies (with a dryer for things!!!), a large bathroom, comfortable beds. In general, I really liked the room. We had a large family studio.
The territory is large, green and beautiful. Sun beds are average on the beach. There are 4 pools: one for adults only, deep, 2 family and one for kids.
We took everything included. The breakfasts are very good. The choice of scrambled eggs and omelets that will be prepared especially for you is amazing. Oatmeal porridge for children only once every 4 days approximately. Lunches and dinners are normal, for 4. You can always choose what to eat. But the grill is delicious only on the days of the grill for dinner (for a week 2 times meat, one fish). They always succeeded in stewing meat. The slave is the same every day. Seafood is crab sticks and a couple of shrimp with different sauces. Eat fruit 3 times a day. Desserts are delicious.
In addition to the main restaurant there is a marine one. We went there sometimes for dinner. I highly recommend it. Delicious.
The rest here is calm, measured, beach.
There is a kids' club, but we didn't go there.
In the evenings, a cinema is organized for children in the fresh air. Cartoons in English. My kids liked it.
