The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the Internet works even in the rooms. You need to take everything included. Of the minuses, there was no ice cream and a variety of dishes for every day, little fruit. The territory is not large, there is not much place to walk. Just like everywhere else in Fujairah.

I would have put no more than 4 for this hotel. We were in August. On the day of arrival, there was a feeling that we got to Kazakhstan instead of the UAE. In addition, there were too many small children, almost all of them were ill-mannered. Parents did not take any part in the upbringing of their children. The hotel restaurant was more like a nursery because of the screaming and running children. To have dinner, we had to wait in line, although we arrived late enough.Meals for three. The room cleaning is excellent. However, for some reason they were cleaned only at lunch, and detergents, water, tea and sugar had to be asked - they were not reported. The territory of the hotel, including the beach, is also wonderful. On the day of arrival, we were late for dinner, it was brought to our room literally half an hour later. Everything was delicious. We went on an excursion to Dubai for dinner, too, did not have time, but the hotel administration refused to replace it for lunch. We left early in the morning and therefore asked to cook us breakfast. In the morning, we took these breakfasts at the reception. Quite a delicious and hearty breakfast. As for the L'Occitane spa and hammam, the cosmetics there are really decent, but in order to warm up in the hammam, I had to approach the salon administrator several times and ask them to turn on the steam. They came running, looked in, made sure that the steam room wasn't working, but they didn't do anything, they made fools of us. The third time we said that we would complain about ignoring our requests and after that the steam room began to be turned on. As for the staff: if there are guests at the reception desk in a hotel or restaurant and at this time local residents come up, who also come to rest for the weekend, then the staff stops communicating with you and completely switches to their own. This is certainly unpleasant. I understand everything, but we are all guests at the hotel. It's not the first time we've been to Fujairah. Next time I will not choose this hotel - it did not meet my expectations, although the reviews on the Internet were simply amazing.

Wildly expensive food, incomprehensible service (you need a dental bill, you need a razor, you need to ask, you need scrambled eggs, you need to ask). The rooms are new and spacious, the food is monotonous, but you can find something to eat. There are not enough sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach at rush hour, you have to be placed by the pool, and there are partially paid trump seats (you need to order food for at least 300 dirhams). There are no changing rooms on the beach and by the pool, so you will have to go to the room with a wet ass all over the hotel. In general, it is unclear what we are doing here with our salaries... at prices, the hotel for sheikhs is a solid four in quality.
