We had a wonderful stay at IntercityHotel Al Jaddaf Waterfront. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and always ready to help. We had the chance to interact with almost everyone at the reception, and every single person was warm, welcoming, and attentive. It really made a difference in our overall experience. A special thanks to Zin — such a pleasant and dedicated person who clearly knows his job well. We interacted with him several times, and he was consistently helpful, polite, and efficient. We also truly appreciated the positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The team works in harmony, and you can feel it as a guest. Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable, and the overall service felt smooth and thoughtful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again!

Nice place near to metro station, good rooftop bar. Room service was not regular but I was single in the room so I had enough towels.

Nice hotel. Everything is clean and cozy. The breakfasts are excellent. The interior of the rooms and corridors is similar to that of the neighboring Ink Hotel. But the room at Intercity was a little cheaper. Most likely, these hotels have one management company. Beautiful pool and lounge area around it. There is a shuttle to the Festival City Mall.
