I want to share my experience of visiting the Pilates studio Pilates Room! The first thing that attracted me when looking for classes was small groups of 3-4 people. With this format, every girl gets the necessary attention from the wonderful Natalia Trainer. The interior of the studio is also very pleasant and neutral, allowing you to relax and also get aesthetic pleasure from training. Such a feminine, delicate pink inventory, which, by the way, is processed after each client. It is very valuable here that we combine Pilates with elements of yoga and barre, as well as pay attention to statics and mindfulness. I am very pleased with my choice of studio!

I'm thrilled! The coach is always attentive to everyone, there are always new workouts, chips and inventory. Cozy interior, always very clean. And, of course, the special atmosphere that develops because of the mini-groups! I want to go 8 days a week, it's a pity that there are only 7 days in the week)

I'm excited about Pilates classes in the Pilates Room! Coach Natalia is wonderful - very attentive, caring, tactful. He always shows you how to do exercises correctly, so as not to harm, but to make a good use of them. Corrects if someone does something wrong. The workouts are varied. Classes are held in a comfortable environment - the groups are small, 3-5 people each, so they will pay attention to everyone. The office is cozy, bright and very clean. The mats are wiped with antiseptic after each lesson. I also want to point out that all the girls are very pleasant to talk to and the atmosphere is cheerful and friendly. I will be happy to study and advise everyone.
