I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Troom team for their high professionalism at all stages. Before reaching Troom, I visited some of their competitors. I clearly knew and understood what I wanted (the whole project) and even knew the color scheme, but once in the organization, let it be "cat and mouse", the male designer talked to me as if I had come to a flea market and demanded new furniture, he talked arrogantly, as if he was a king and God, and I'm a servant. They don't talk to customers like that! He made a sketch by hand and with a sense of favor, on my choice of color, he said that these are not popular colors and we should take white. And when I showed the pens that I chose, I heard in response: do you know that they are expensive? (The price of the question is $ 25). The price I heard was approximate, although all the sizes and my wishes were accurate. I came out of the cat-mice like a schoolgirl who was humiliated in front of the whole school and so did not receive the specific cost of my project. I also came to the second organization, let's call it "horns and hooves", with my project. The girl was nice, she drew everything on the computer, but categorically did not want to listen to my wishes, if I ask for a locker of 32 centimeters and focus on this, then I need it at 32 centimeters, not 60. It felt like the designer was in a hurry somewhere , although the time and date were agreed in advance .It seemed like everything was not bad, but again the designer did not hear my wishes. After meeting with such designers, I was ready to give up my dream and do something simpler and postponed my dream for a few months. And then I remembered that a long time ago I came across a company and a transformer company on Instagram and somewhere I saved their contacts. It was the company Troom. I found, wrote, the designer contacted me, invited me to a meeting, found a time and date convenient for me. I arrived at the Leningrad shopping center, a small room with several types of samples that you can touch, open, sit down, lie down. A bunch of all sorts of colors, textures for choosing the color of furniture, a lot of different fabric options for the sofa. I was met by designer Anastasia, a super professional, very attentive to wishes. She studied my sketch by hand, listened attentively to what I wanted, asked a bunch of clarifying questions, even to the point that we made a shelf specifically for the size of the printer. Everything was beautifully rendered on the computer and I got a visual that was in my head. She advised me on the choice of fabric for the sofa, the size of the sofa and a bunch of little things that I couldn't even guess about. In a word, a professional person! I went for a few more days under a pleasant impression. On the same day, I made an advance payment and we signed a contract for the provision of services. The production time is two months. A pleasant surprise was that I got a call earlier and was told that everything was ready. We discussed the time of delivery and installation, everything was in one day. I also want to say a big thank you to Maxim and his partner for the fast and high-quality furniture assembly . We collected everything quickly , clearly and efficiently, removing the garbage behind us . The transformer bed itself is just a delight! All materials and fittings are of good quality (not Russian ones that will fail in a year). Everything was done very efficiently and neatly, as well as a nice bonus was a free mattress from EOS. Some time after the installation, Alexey, the director of TROOM, contacted me to clarify if I liked everything and take a picture of my beauty installed. The director, like the whole crew of the Hold, is sick of his business, they love their work and do everything from the heart, qualitatively and customer-oriented. It's been a long time since I've met such a sincere attitude towards clients, when all your desires are translated into reality, and when what you want coincides with reality and even better. It is especially valuable when you don't have to stand and control all the assembly processes, because everything is done well and efficiently. Would I recommend TROOM? I will advise, and I already advise, and everyone who sees my transformer blood admires and asks where I ordered it, and I immediately give contacts and tell where not to contact, so as not to make my mistakes and not waste time in vain. Once again I would like to express my gratitude to the director Alexey, the collector Maxim and his partner, and of course my wonderful designer Anastasia. I wish TROOM prosperity and development.
