We signed up in 3 weeks.We were told to come 15-20 minutes before the start and the room would be ready.We arrived at 17:15. It all started with the fact that the room that was booked was occupied. They just said, well, choose what you have. The staff of this entertainment center simply shouted at the children because they could not attract their attention.The kids just weren't interested. After the remark and the request not to yell at the children, but simply to find a professional approach to them, they began to behave rudely and not professionally. When booking, they promised different games, as a result, they ended up on field trips. Strangers came and they were distracted from the program. I asked for interactive games for an additional fee when booking. In the end, they said that they did not exist (or simply did not want to conduct them) And the juice itself ! The correspondence indicates the time for which we paid until 21:30, and at 20:50 our children were simply kicked out! They told me to get ready and closed the door ! Unprofessional,incompetent staff Not able to interest children ! Boring, rotten, sad! If it's Saturday and the end of the working day, there were more events in front of us, then this does not mean that you need to do your job so badly! The girl who works there has never even smiled!

Visited repeatedly. The children enjoyed it very much, and of different ages. There were guests from St. Petersburg with children, they also appreciated the Garrison perfectly. We recommend it.
