We were on an excursion to Oman on November 16, bought from another tour company, and the performer turned out to be Dubai relax Travel. Unfortunately, the impressions turned out to be from the series "expectation - reality🤡"
The tour was bought mainly because of fishing and snorkeling, the guide along the way enthusiastically told how they caught a full box of different fish on the same excursion yesterday and what a wonderful and diverse underwater world was. But we were "unlucky": we did not swim to the place where all this beauty is, because there are waves and unsuitable weather conditions. As a result, we got up in some bay where there were simply no fish, no one caught anything from the whole tour (30 people), including the fishermen themselves. One girl only miraculously caught a fish like a perch - and that's it. When asked to swim a little to another place and try there, the guide said that she would not point out to the captain and he knows better. As for the underwater world - the water was muddy because of the waves and there were only faded small fish and sea urchins. Asked about dolphins, they replied that neither the guide nor her colleagues had ever seen them. Felt somewhat cheated…
As I understood, we did not reach the right place (the Indian Ocean) due to weather conditions, but they did not start suddenly, it is quite possible to predict, would it not be better to cancel or postpone the tour so as not to spoil people's impression? We could swim by sea ourselves, without spending so much time on the road to Oman, not to mention the money.

We ordered an excursion to the Louvre Abu Dhabi via sputnik8.
Convenient payment with a Russian card, although at an inflated rate.

The registration process itself was quick and hassle-free. I recommend it!
P.S. The museum is cool. You need to spend half a day on a visit in order to thoughtfully inspect all the exhibits.

Disgusting service: the bus broke down on the road, so the guide Larisa didn't even try to do anything, just repeated that it was a technique and it could break. 40 people with small children, including, just stood at night on the Abu Dhabi/Dubai expressway. As a result, we waited for a minibus and 1 more bus, and the guides simply disappeared. The driver did not speak English, he was shocked where to take us all. My husband and I took a taxi to the hotel, it was scary at night in a foreign country. At the mosque, we waited 1.5 hours at the entrance, although initially we were promised that organized groups would pass quickly, all on time. The Palace of Sheikhs was also visited on the run, because it closed at the end of the working day, although we were told when buying the tour that everything was strictly on time. The tour included lunch, which, due to the above-mentioned rushes, smoothly flowed into dinner, BUT! not everyone had enough food and drinks. The absurdity is complete! Don't believe them! And do not buy excursions from them in any case, take care of your nerves

In the evening, we filled out a feedback form on the tour of interest on the website, after some time the organizer contacted us and answered our questions and ordered an excursion for the time we were interested in, in the morning the driver picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the shared bus, where we were met by a guide - Denis, the tour and events corresponded to the stated schedule there was a slight delay, but this is already the fault of the tourists themselves. But in general, we were satisfied with the service provided and the organizational skills of the guide.

Excellent organization of a trip to Musadam. I ordered for Sputnik 8, in the morning a wonderful driver stopped by and took me to the main bus. Who is planning a trip, keep in mind that the boat is rocking. In the process, you will be taken for a cheesecake ride around the bay, you can be landed on the shore, and of course diving for an additional fee. Swimming and fishing in the Gulf of Oman are excellent.
