This was not the first time the transaction took place in this agency, the first time we went around everything in our city (it was about 5 years ago), the best offer at that time of the possible options in our pricing policy was at the A21 Real Estate agency.
Today, after a successful transaction, I want to note the positive, accommodating attitude of this team, AND of EVERYONE, absolutely, including the head. And this plays a big role in the morale of the seller / buyer at the time of the transaction, everyone is nervous, and thanks to this attitude, where necessary, they will laugh, support, give advice and calm down! A very friendly and good-natured team! Well done!
Regarding the working moments, everything went very quickly and comfortably, both for the buyer and the seller. Everything was planned and scheduled in advance: contract - notary - BTI. We did not sit in line anywhere, if the customer does not have the opportunity, then moving around the city is not a problem, the A21 Real Estate team organizes everything! Separately, I want to note how cash is checked when transferring funds, super!
