There is a decent Gavkhar restaurant in the city of Urgench in the Khorezm region. A large restaurant with a huge national dish. Salads are varied. I especially liked the ground and lumpy shish kebab. The meat is tender and delicious. The staff is young and neatly dressed. Try to visit and you won't regret it.

A great restaurant. Everything is very well organized, from attentive staff to repairs. There are several areas: a common room, a banquet hall, an upper terrace overlooking the Shavatsky Canal, VIP cabins and a cozy lecture hall. In general, everyone will find a place for themselves.
The kitchen is a separate topic! I express my great gratitude and respect to the local chefs. They perfectly presented local and foreign cuisine there. There is a wide variety on the menu.
Samsa was brought to us just freshly baked from tandoor. It was very tasty.
PS for those who have electric cars, there is a gas station here. And in general, a huge parking lot.

Despite the sultry evening of July 2023, we had a great rest on the outdoor area of the Gavhar restaurant in Urgench.
Fountains, humidifiers, live music, animators entertaining children, the air saturated with the aromas of southern flowers and herbs and a bright moon in the starry sky perfectly complemented the atmosphere.
And the delicious dishes of Turkish cuisine chosen by us impressed with their not small portions and prices (compared to Moscow restaurants)!
The menu is varied, for every taste. You can choose European, national, Turkish cuisine. A huge selection of desserts. There are indoor and outdoor halls, on the outdoor terrace and veranda, with modern music. A family recreation room.
Special thanks to the numerous army of attentive waiters and administrators!
Well, when suddenly a song in Uzbek sounded with my rather rare one. I was a little shocked and pleasantly surprised, as if someone had specially ordered this modern song for me (no one knew us there!).
In general, the evening was a success, everything was wonderful!
