My experience with Atlas/Atlasbus turned out to be negative: the conditions of the trip changed (stops/time / bus), and there was insufficient information about this in advance. I received a refund(a) prolonged correspondence with no result. I don't plan to use the service anymore.

Very good service. A claim to the site itself and its technical staff.support. (ticket 2442705) Instead of checking whether a particular transportation operator is doing his job in good faith in a particular direction, it is easier to say "Whoever wants to leave will leave. People book at night too." Well, that's it, only regular passengers of a particular route know this. And not an ordinary passenger who is traveling in this direction for the first time.
