The hotel is interesting, high-quality. It's nice to be there. Very thoughtful lighting control in the rooms. Excellent sound insulation. The beach is like in the Maldives. The coastline is poorly built up - so there are few people and there are local animals like stingrays in the water. The only thing in January is how lucky with the weather.

I put one star only for the service at breakfast and in restaurants .The rest is terrible .1. Room service: my child and I had two rooms connected to each other.The child left dirty clothes in the bathroom on the floor next to the trash basket , threw some things and they fell on the basket, after 3 days she decided to arrange washing , but there were no things .I called the reception to find out where the things were , since they were nowhere to be found .I was told that they would process the issue and come back .The day with the answer did not return , during these days another stack of things disappeared .I came to the reception to ask the question again , they told me that they were thrown out , THERE was NO APOLOGY !
2. There are places on the beach where everyone leaves their shoes.I decided to leave it on the last day (I didn 't leave it for all 13 days ) and went for a walk on the beach , came back , but there were no slippers .The beach workers helped to search , but they did not find it .I came barefoot to the reception , explained the situation .I was told to come back with an answer .An hour later they called and said that the slippers were not found , if there is other information , they will call .And that 's it , again WITHOUT APOLOGIES !I am very sorry that the hotel, which is located in the VIP segment, does not understand that a guest who pays $ 1800 per night does not need a return of slippers , but needs participation and apologies for the situation .Hotel, read and consider :If there is such a situation , you should send disposable slippers to the guest and apologize for the situation and the conflict will be settled !
3. The gorgeous beach was always dirty!The sea takes out bottles, watermelons, plastic, etc.Hotel , every morning you have to clean the beach , as it happens in other hotels .
