Попытался узнать в каком состоянии остатки напольной плитки - сказали, что ее мало, поэтому может быть битая и сказали писать письмо с запросом. На мой вопрос, а нельзя ли менеджеру сделать пометку в ежедневнике и выяснить, мне был дан ответ, что никто просто так ничего делать не будет. Ну, раз здесь "никто просто так ничего делать не будет", то куплю там, где клиентов ценят, а вы можете дальше сидеть "просто так" просиживать штаны.
