We had a rest from October 18 to October 28, 2025. The hotel is cozy, clean and beautiful. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available on site and in the rooms. Rooms are cleaned weekly, tea, coffee, and mineral water are provided in the mini-bar. The hotel is located almost in the city center. There is a daily shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and back (about 20 minutes on foot). Sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel are free of charge, towels are also provided. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would like to mention the administrator Hilola in particular. All the questions went only to her. Attentive, empathetic and just a smart girl!

The hotel is very good, the staff is pleasant (but there are only one or two Russian-speaking staff), the buffet is great, you will find and enjoy everything you want on it, the location is very close to Cleopatra beach, it's a long walk to the beach of the hotel itself, but there is a regular shuttle service. Everything is conveniently located nearby, shops, currency exchanges, scooter rentals. If we return to Alanya, then to this hotel🩷
