It's a disgusting attitude. I ordered a router from an online store. Order 6K-000024251 from 02/08/2026 The planned admission date is 02/15/26 In fact, it didn't arrive either on the scheduled date or after almost a month. At first, the manager was composing something, then he completely ignored it. Zero customer orientation and complete professional incompetence. The proof is in the screenshots.

I want to warn those who plan to order equipment in DNS. On March 3, I ordered a Lenovo Legion DNS monitor on the website. When placing the order, it was indicated that you can pick it up at the store on March 6. It's already March 9th, and there's no product. The store reported that the monitor will arrive only on March 13. That is, the actual date of receipt is about a week later than the one indicated by DNS itself when placing the order. I would like to note separately that this is not a complaint against a specific store where a review is being left. This store is simply listed as an order pick-up point. As far as I understand, the problem is related to logistics and delivery times within the DNS company itself. Moreover, a similar situation has happened before. I picked up previous orders at the DNS store at: 83 Dzhandosova St., Almaty Mall, Almaty. And there were also cases when the goods were issued not on the date that was specified when placing the order, but with a delay of about a few days. Therefore, it seems that the delivery dates indicated on the website do not correspond to the actual logistics of the company. This time, the monitor was bought as a birthday present for the child, so I was guided by the date of receipt — March 6, which was indicated by DNS itself. As a result, due to such "accuracy" of the timing, the gift was disrupted. Therefore, just a tip for those who plan to place an order: do not focus on the delivery dates indicated on the DNS website — in fact, they may vary significantly. I hope the company's management will pay attention to the logistics problem, because in this form DNS simply loses the trust of customers.
