Nice hotel. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous. Varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious. There is a shower and a bathtub. Kettle, iron, yes.
Beautiful view from the 9th floor.
Friendly service, always help,
There is a swimming pool and a small children's area. Trampoline.
The embankment is 40 minutes away by bus or 15-20 minutes by car. The airport is 40 AED away.
If you buy a bus pass at the airport, it is generally very comfortable to drive.

The hotel is simply disgusting! I do not advise you to settle there. They practice extorting money from the client due to breakdowns. I booked a regular room, but when I arrived, they didn't have any rooms, considering that it had already been paid for. They reluctantly put me in a suite for free, and the next day they moved me into a regular one. So after more than a day, I went down for coffee, the manager came up to me and started accusing me of breaking the lamp and demanded 700 derhamm. I said that I should have told them yesterday, and not more than a day later, to which they began to tell me that they were allegedly looking for me, although I myself screamed 5 times at the reception so that they would bring me bath accessories and an iron. In general, and in general, I refused to pay for the lamp. They started threatening me with the police, which in the end was never called.
And later I found out that in the UAE it is a constant practice in hotels. Therefore, you can understand what impression I got from the strangeness. Well done guys, you disgraced your country. Ugh!
