I came to fix 3 problems. One of which was the main (and obvious), the 2nd important, the 3rd cosmetic and the most expensive, and useless without eliminating the first 2! After a few hours I came to pick it up. And oh, a miracle! "Astana-style service" - only the third cosmetic was done! Ns my dumb question got an inarticulate explanation! He became indignant, and somehow the first problem was eliminated. The 2nd problem was promised to be solved in a couple of weeks. A year has passed......
