April 2025: it looks gray, but it's quite cozy and clean inside. The staff is decent. There are cute fish in aquariums in the lobby. The furniture in the rooms and the renovation are not new, but the TV, sink, toilet, bidet, refrigerator, safe are working properly. We were given a room with a large loggia, where it is convenient to dry things from the sea due to a huge openwork oriental-style window (the sun's rays pass through the through holes in the wall). The choice of food for breakfast is not very good. But you can live))
There is a supermarket 1 minute away. On the opposite side there are shops of unusual and fresh chocolate and sweets from the Emirates (fresh and cheaper than in the market). And a shop of persistent Arabic perfume. Thing.
In the lobby of the hotel there is an excursion agency ,,Sail,, where reasonable prices and a friendly Azat employee are provided. Various cafes 600 m. towards the roundabout.
In general, it is adequate for 3*. Main value_the sea is a 6-minute walk away. The beach is municipal, the sand is fine. Thank you all!

The place is quite modest, but very cozy.
The location is great: there are many shops nearby, the beach is a 5-minute walk away.
The room we had for 2 was JUST HUGE. There seemed to be not enough lighting , but this is already a taste. But everything works, which is my first time 😁
The staff is mega friendly and courteous, all issues that arise are resolved instantly and you do not need to ask 10 times as in one of the neighboring hotels …
We rest on the local beach for the second time and no problems: clean , there is a passageway on the entrance, so no one will pass.
In general, I liked everything very much. Usually, my friend and I choose new hotels for our holidays every time, but I would love to return to this one

We had a family vacation at the end of December. The hotel is great. Clean, modest and very friendly staff. They always smile and solve all the problems that arise. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is another beach within a 10-minute walk. The food is varied, there is a choice. No one leaves hungry for sure. Fruits are always fresh and brought immediately as needed. We took breakfast and dinner. That's quite enough. At lunch we ate fruits (watermelon, melon, mango, dragon fruit). We bought them in a small shop right next to the hotel. Which is also very convenient. In general, I recommend the hotel!!!

It's a very decent hotel for three stars, only the balconies are missing. The room is clean, towels and bed linen are new, without holes, the rooms are spacious, you will not have complete privacy, so if you are sensitive, take earplugs. There were mosquitoes in the room, and we got rid of them with mosquito repellent plates. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, but not very varied. It is important that if you have stomach problems, specify what is spicy and what is not. The cuisine is Indian, lots of curry and jalapeno peppers (even in an omelet), but I can't say it's super spicy food. The sea is next to the hotel, there is a shop, but if you walk a little further towards Dubai, there will be a store where it is cheaper. Close to the public beach.
The staff is very friendly and will do anything to help and solve problems. The food is very tasty.
Of the cons. Some rooms are renovated as in Soviet times. We asked for an iron and a board - they brought us a broken iron and a board burned to holes, however, then the iron was replaced, and the board was covered with a sheet. The windows overlook either the inside of the hotel or the fence - you can't even dream of beautiful views.
But overall a solid four. It is perfect for an economy holiday. For more comfort, it is worth looking at hotels nearby such as Carlton or LouLou.

We stayed at this hotel in October. Very clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, snow-white linen. The breakfasts are not very varied, but you will definitely not stay hungry. The sea is 100 m away, which is a very big plus. Beach towels are provided. The beach is public and clean. Rescuers are working. The hotel has a pedestrian crossing, which is not unimportant. The staff is very friendly. They don't speak Russian, they use an online translator. There were no problems with communication. Any issues were resolved very quickly. It justifies its three stars.

The hotel is located at a distance from the center. But close to the sea, literally 5 minutes from the public beach (there is no private beach). The rooms are standard, everything you need is there. But some rooms have windows facing the inside of the hotel (into the corridor) so be careful when checking in. We are right here at the moment! A cozy, beautiful, small hotel with the first line by the sea. The hotel is not on the sandy beach itself - it is no more than a 5-minute walk across the roadway. They were chosen precisely on this basis. The beach is gorgeous: huge, sandy, the entrance to the sea is ideal: hard sand. We swung on the waves and swam - the water is super!
The room for two is small, but everything you need is there. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning - everything worked!
Please note that all sockets with an adapter that are sold nearby in the store for 7.5 dirhams.
Food: we had breakfasts and dinners (changed to breakfast/lunch). The food is in sufficient quantity, varied and very tasty! In the evening, after the beach, we went to the city for a walk and had dinner there.
Sharjah was impressed by the beautiful views and variety of objects!
We are very happy with our vacation; we will definitely come again!!!

A retired, minimalistic, old hotel, for those who are not interested in tourism.
Dignities: There is a public beach nearby. The food is simple, but you won't starve. A small shop with everything you need in a nearby hotel.
Disadvantages: There are no buses in this area. To the nearest working stop, two kilometers on foot. By taxi to the nearest metro station - from $ 15. It doesn't seem to be far away, but the taxi meter keeps ticking in traffic jams. The Sharjah shopping center, once a day, can be reached for free by a creepy barbouhaika (here's the Emirates for you). I ordered an improved room, but it just turned out to be "deteriorated": an unregulated central air conditioner blew icy air from the bed. And if you turn it off, it's impossible to fall asleep from the heat. The small window looked out into the hallway, not onto the street. The room was changed to the standard, where there was a normal split and a window. The staff is politely indifferent: they obviously do not refuse, but do not expect much help either. I gave a completed postcard with a stamp to the reception to be sent, but after 2 months the postcard did not arrive - I suspect that it was sent to the basket.
The contingent of vacationers: pensioners, bored from the lack of alcohol, collective farmers from the Russian Federation + Indians or Pakistanis.
They write about some sights nearby, but I didn't see anything except an aquarium and the ruins of a small fortress.
To be honest, for this price, I do not recommend it. I decided firmly for myself: if I go there again, then only Dubai.

The hotel is clean, with new furniture for the old renovation. The room is large, without a window, the air is only from the air conditioner. The beach is urban without umbrellas (for a fee, it's cheaper to buy your own at a nearby store, and if you go out into the city, it's even cheaper). Let's start from the beginning, it's important - a 3-star hotel. Yes, it really is 3+ in our opinion. (There is something to compare it with.... Thai, Lanka, Egypt and don't forget our rush). As they say, they meet us by our clothes: they dropped us off at a small building from the airport, without any "show-offs" and took us straight to the reception. It was at 11 a.m. - check-in at 2 p.m. They took our vouchers and then the unexpected happened, they took our suitcases and took us somewhere... It's not clear, but it's interesting. We are taken to the pool in a room with a shower, hammam and toilet. The doorman explained that we should change our clothes and tidy ourselves up. After we did our business according to the "installation", we took our suitcases and backpacks (by the way, it was February 25) and went to the lobby. They left the luggage in the luggage room and we went for a walk...
now on business:
The beach is across the street. There is a pedestrian traffic light right in front of the hotel!! Anyone who has been to Sharjah will understand what this is about. There are few crosswalks and sidewalks. There are two beaches - the first one to the right, white sand, the territory is fenced by lifeguards, but there are no umbrellas and sun beds. It can be reached in 5 minutes.
The second beach in Levo. It's a 10..12 minute walk to it. They take people there from other hotels on shuttles, locals come there, there are sun beds, umbrellas for money. One umbrella and two sun beds = 50 der.), a locker room, I don't know about the restroom, we didn't look for it.
There is a shop and pharmacy on the left without crossing the road from the hotel.
The hotel has 2 floors. We lived on the second floor. They cleaned our place every day. Towels were changed every two days. The buffet is served, the menu is repeated every fourth day. There's not much choice, but the food is satisfying and decent. Children always have oatmeal and cereal with milk + two orange and mango juices. There are always watermelon and dates.
The hotel has a couple of elevators. Neutral light classics are playing in the corridor and there are aquariums.
I've never heard from my neighbors. The beds are large, the plumbing is all working and in good condition. Condee and the TV were on, but we didn't turn it on. There is a fridge and kettle in the room.
There is a tour guide in the lobby downstairs. We borrowed from him, the guides are cheaper and Russian and they treat us well. They took it from the corals and were upset only for the money.
In general, the hotel is good. Whoever comes here will not regret it.
Mmm, yes, there are mosquitoes and cockroaches, well, we probably haven't seen them.

There is a supermarket chain in the next building, the prices are reasonable.
There is a local travel agency at the hotel, we booked excursions there and were very satisfied. A sightseeing tour to Dubai with a climb to the observation deck on Fujairah Island and a delicious dinner on a boat while walking along the canal cost only $ 75. I really liked the guide, a young girl named Elena, who talked very interestingly about the history of the creation of the state throughout the tour, and knew interesting details about all the sites we visited. When she said goodbye to us, everyone gave her a big flight in gratitude. I strongly advise you to take a tour from Azat and Karim, who work near the reception desk.

The hotel is located on the second line from the sea, but to a more or less civilized beach you have to go towards the aquarium. The nearest ones are very dirty and not organized. The hotel itself is quite clean, but the renovation, furniture and ventilation are in very poor condition. There is some kind of furniture in the corridors in a film, which gives the feeling that the hotel is on the eve of closing. Some rooms have no windows at all. The bed linen is clean, the towels are very worn out, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, in the morning the neck hurts from them. The audibility is very strong. The ventilation is apparently not cleaned and the filters are not changed. Not only does it rattle all the time, but if someone smokes in the room, then there is a strong smell in another room that you start to suffocate. We had to ventilate the room until one o'clock in the morning. In response to our complaint, the staff only offered to spray perfume. The breakfasts are very modest, very monotonous. In general, there is some kind of crisis on this coast, there are closed hotels, a lot of garbage, roads are dug up, asphalt with pits. There is no normal infrastructure around, there is nothing to do here after the beach. On this "golden mile" there are no shops, no restaurants and cafes, no other entertainment, there is nothing really, you need to take a taxi through traffic jams to get to everything. A couple of Pakistani stores don't count, it's scary to go there, prices and conditions of food storage are questionable. There is only one plus - you can walk to the sea ferry station, where you can get to Dubai without traffic jams in 35 minutes to the metro station along the green line. However, the road to the ferry station is in some places without asphalt on the sidewalk or sidewalk, as there is no such thing, there are no trees, dust and dirt. I definitely don't want to come back here...

There is a traffic light with a button directly opposite the exit of the hotel, so it will be safe to cross the street in this place and you do not have to go far and look for a pedestrian crossing. There is a beach next to the hotel, and to get to it you must cross the road, so it is very convenient. The beach is sandy, clean, free, there are no sun beds. Going into the water, you need to walk about 150 meters to find a deeper place. Keep in mind that there is an industrial zone and a commercial port nearby both to the right and to the left of the beach, which is typical for the emirate of Sharjah.
Very close to the hotel there is a supermarket with a good assortment of goods, food, beach clothes and more. Basic necessities. The pharmacy is also very close.
You can take a taxi to the center of Dubai for about 40 US dollars.
The hotel is suitable for beach lovers. There's nothing else to do there.

My husband and I were vacationing at the Al Seef Hotel in October. The sea is about 7 minutes away. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, as well as a change of linen. There is a kettle in the room, you can drink tea or coffee (single bags are constantly brought). The staff is very polite and smiling. The food is good, you will not stay hungry. Meat, fish, side dishes, salads, fruits, juices, desserts (there is something to choose). The beach and the sea are just great.

1. Proximity to the beach (two beaches, one free (with lifeguards without toilets and showers), the second paid Al khan (call the hotel at the entrance and go for free, sun beds, umbrellas inside for a fee: 30 dirhams for an umbrella and 20 for a sunbed, but you can with your own).
2. The presence of a small children's area, the presence of a small swimming pool, the presence of a small gym.
3. Helpful staff, ready to help (helped to change the room to a better one. for the money, but they helped, with a Google translator and dancing, we were able to agree and resolve the issue positively).
4. The presence of a pharmacy, cafe and shop nearby (prices in the store are more expensive than in hypermarkets, but there are a lot of things you need to go to the hotel and to the beach, adapters for sockets, umbrellas and you can always buy a snack).
5. Free Wi-Fi of good quality.
Minuses:
1. Food. Of course, everyone has their own way here, but I didn't really like it, the buffet is constantly monotonous at all receptions and plus or minus the same 5-7 dishes.
2. There are almost no rooms with normal windows, many rooms have windows that go into the interior of the hotel, because of this, the rooms are stuffy and the air conditioner almost always has to work.
3. The staff is responsive but lazy. They will clean everything for you, give you more water than you need, but only if you remind them that your room needs to be cleaned at the reception.
4. It's a long way from cafes and attractions (except the aquarium).
5. There are often waves in the sea, the beaches near the hotels do not have protective breakwaters, you can sit on the sand for a couple of days, well, or you need to go somewhere to look for other beaches.
6. The hotel needs renovation, but the furniture was changed when we were there, maybe this is the beginning of the renovation.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of a free municipal beach, it's not even bad and there aren't many people, an aquarium. The sea is about 7 minutes on foot and this is the main reason why we chose this hotel. To the center of Sharjah, 10 minutes by taxi for 30 dirhams. It's expensive to get to Dubai - we took a taxi to the Union metro (80 dirhams) plus the metro. Nearby there is a supermarket where there is everything you need - from a coke to an umbrella with an adapter for sockets.
