I sent the parcel for the first time and I didn't know how to do all the nuances. I asked an employee for help, and so much negativity came in response. There were no people, just the two of them on the phone. Put things in order next time I will write a complaint in writing.

From the threshold, rudeness, the employee seemed to be looking for a reason for a scandal and still found it. Out of the blue, she made a scene and began to attack other visitors. It's better to go to the Railway station, there are pleasant staff there.
