The best apartments for the price in the center of Alanya. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. There is also walking distance to all the sights of the city. The hotel and apartments are clean, there is everything you need. The reception area is pleasant. The staff is friendly. It can be seen that the rooms are updated on time, they don't wait for everything to fall apart. We've stopped more than once already. Nearby (1 minute walk) is shop A 101. One disadvantage: there is a cafe nearby, sometimes music interferes in the late evening.

Beautiful apartment with new renovation, beautiful new furniture, very comfortable. Excellent mattresses, pillows, bed linen, plumbing. There is a rain shower in the bathroom when a stream of water pours from the ceiling of the husky on your head. A huge TV. There is a kitchen, all utensils and a stove. Very clean. July 2024, the heat is +42, the sea is beautiful but the waves are almost every day. There are no waves on the beach near the red tower and near the lighthouse.

The room was 2 rooms, cleaning almost every day, there is everything in the kitchen from self-cooking utensils, the refrigerator is not large but with a freezer, sponges, rags and detergent were bought themselves, a shower cabin with a rain shower, 2 separate beds in the room, two sofas in the living room, once there was no water for about 30m, the pool on the territory is clean, it works from 8 to 19:30, there were always enough sun beds, you can't have your own food and water!!! Of the cons: the air conditioner is one and only in the bedroom, it works from the key, the cost per day is 6 euros, if you leave the room and pull out the key card, all the electricity in the room turns off, and if the cleaner comes at this time, she will also open the door to the balcony and all the coolness will quickly disappear, while removing the key from the key card ring will not work, the ring is welded.

The best apartment hotel I've ever seen.
In order, he lived in January 2024, in room 205.
2 rooms, a small bedroom with separate beds and air conditioning, a large kitchen- living room.
There is no air conditioning there,
The air conditioner was not needed from the word at all. In summer, if the windows overlook the mountains, there is practically no sun.
The room has EVERYTHING.
Spoons, cups, glasses, wine glasses, plates,....
Apparently, repairs were recently made so everything was fresh.
Of course there are disadvantages. If you find fault, of course.

There is no lamp above the cutting table, there is not enough light from the window, you block the light yourself.
There are only THREE outlets for the entire room. There were catastrophically not enough outlets for charging devices. (the third outlet is if you turn off the kettle)
Ventilation does not work if something is being fried downstairs, the whole smell is in your room. The bathroom doesn't seem to have very good ventilation either.
There is one hook for small towels in the bathroom.
It is not known where to hang things.

We have been coming here for several years. Almost everything suits you: location, shops within walking distance, the beach is a 3-minute walk away. It's really a seven-minute walk to the center. The place is quiet, despite the main highway Ataturk alley, 5 floors, elevator, swimming pool. The main thing is quiet, the noise of cars, etc. is almost inaudible. I'll go again!

The Russian-speaking girl was at the reception, but she was invisible at all! Cleaning every day! We didn 't use the pool - we went to the sea ! There is a bar downstairs , a cafe - also not used ! There is also a mini Playground for kids, in the courtyard of the hotel on the other side there is a city playground, but there are always sooo many people there - mostly local!

In the courtyard of the hotel there is a beautiful playground with a fountain. A cozy balcony overlooking a playground with a fountain. There are many shops, ATMs, pharmacies and a market nearby. A wonderful area where you can take a walk in the evening, sit in a cafe, go to the park where you can drink coffee or eat ice cream. The only drawback is the wi-fi in the hotel, it's terrible and constantly flies off, I immediately connected the local SIM card.

We had a rest in Alanya and went to see the rooms. They didn't stay, they just asked to show us the room. The room is nice, large, with a bedroom and a kitchen-living room. Cleanly, the landscape outside the window is magnificent. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom. Among the advantages: low price, proximity to Cleopatra beach, friendly staff. There is only one minus: there is ONLY cold tap water in the kitchen, so the dishes should only be washed cold. There is hot water in the shower.

Being in the center of Alanya, I selected an inexpensive and comfortable hotel with apartments, those with two rooms.
Everything is minimally decent, really close to the best part of Cleopatra beach.
The price is somewhat overpriced, but not critical. The staff is Russian-speaking. For 60 liras (550r) per hour, a sauna and hammam are available in the building. The room was offered with a view of the construction site (to the mountains, which are not visible), they said: what's wrong?! This surprised a lot. The rooms are linear from the entrance to the windows, audibility from the corridor will be in both. They do not differ in super-love: if you want, live, if you don't want, don't. There is a discount from 30 days of arrival. The sea is not visible. The block is decent, the building is small. The center of Alanya.

The best apartment hotel in Alanya. Convenient location, despite the fact that there is a boulevard with busy traffic nearby, no noise is felt. It takes 5 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace, 7-10 minutes to the Migros supermarket. The room has everything for self-cooking/heating food: induction cooker, microwave. There is also a refrigerator and a kettle. If desired, you can eat at the hotel restaurant, or order in the room.
The staff of the apart-hotel has not changed for many years, they sincerely rejoice at familiar faces, and accordingly we are very glad to meet them.
The apart-hotel has a Russian-speaking administrator Olga, if you have any questions, you can contact her for help, at the reception, communication is mainly in English, well, and in Turkish.
We've been back there 3 times already, and I think it won't be the last.

Believe me, this is a great hotel for a little money. It was rented at the end of November 2022 for 8 nights for 4500 rubles.(240$). We escaped here from a homeless shelter on a tour package from Coral called Cleopatra smile (across the street), so there is something to compare with the budget branch. The room was on the 4th floor, mountain view and a new residential complex, the room has 2 rooms, a spacious balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen with all necessary utensils, a stove and a refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle, a TV. WiFi catches perfectly, except for the balcony. Hot water from running heaters. Sofas, beds - everything is normal, sleeping is fine. Like 2 rooms. flat. The staff is polite, they will always come to the rescue (they came and set up TV channels on the spot), you can take extra blankets for free if it's cold, iron your clothes, towels from the room were allowed to take to the beach, no problem. If you need to clean the room, on request.
You can book via WhatsApp with a good discount, because Booking, for example, charges +20%.
The coolest thing is that the hotel is located next to the entire infrastructure: 5 ATMs, a taxi base, a hammam /massage, a beach and a park across the street, a cafe, a funicular to the fortress, shops with souvenirs and groceries. This place is just a godsend, you live in the center of all the events on a quiet street.
If we are going to Alanya again, we will book directly in advance only here, price/quality/atmosphere..

When they arrived, they began to say that there was a fire in the room. Well, in general, they settled us in the next block, in a very dirty room with terrible condition and broken appliances. Then we moved back. But during these 2 days it was as uncomfortable as possible. But in Turkey, this is the norm, so many people no longer pay attention. And this hotel probably does it regularly.
