The four of us stayed in the executive suite. We chose this room for four people: two adults and two children. The room is spacious enough, plenty of storage space. In the bedroom there is a wide comfortable bed, in the living room there is a folding sofa (1.5), comfortable.
The hotel is ideally located: Istiklal Street is a 2-minute walk away, the metro is about a minute away, the port and tram stop can be reached in 3-5 minutes. It takes a little longer to get back (because it's uphill). Well, you can definitely walk in 5 minutes.
The hotel itself is in a historic building, beautiful, the rooms are as in the picture - beautiful, bed linen, towels are white and clean.
The breakfast is good, there is always something to choose from. And the most beautiful thing is the view from the veranda, where breakfast is served. View of the Galata Tower and the Bosphorus. Very beautiful. A lot of people come to the restaurant to enjoy the view.
Friendly staff.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I can recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful hotel! We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Galata Tower View. Magnificent view of the Galata Tower. Convenient access to all major attractions. We went down on foot, went back up through the tunnel along the istambulkart. It was literally a short walk from the station, but not a steep hill. I got tired of breakfast in three days, because there wasn't much new, but if you're lucky with the weather, then you can have breakfast on a gorgeous terrace))) The room is cleaned every day, as well as clean towels. They also put earplugs, but we didn't need them) I will definitely come back here again, I already want to go back!

We went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner. We were impressed by the view. It is better to book a table in advance, there are no free tables every day. The average price of a dish is 600-700 lire, a drink is 300-450 lire. The dishes are very tasty, but some may be a little fatty, it's too hard to eat everything for those who are not used to fatty, saucy food. The view from the roof is simply incredible, you can take a lot of photos in a small photo area

The stylization of the hotel is at the highest level, the location, the rooftop restaurant, everything is great!
BUT: be prepared for the fact that the windows do not have any sound insulation, and wherever they go, the call to prayer is heard everywhere at 6 a.m., you had to sleep in earplugs. Our room overlooked the well yard, we were asked to change it - there were no vacancies. The breakfasts are quite meager: pastries, some desserts, an omelette, something fried in butter, salads, stale cheese, bread, fruits.
The staff at the restaurant will be reluctant to serve you.
There are disadvantages, but the hotel itself smartly conveys the spirit of the old city, so like it.

Which is nice ... turning off a noisy street ... very calm, pleasant music is playing ... opposite a very nice cafe on three floors with a pleasant entourage .. it 's nice to hide and sit quietly and drink wine , coffee , tea .. It's blowing in the breeze.
But a big mine! The service is disgusting! A very long time ! There is no greeting , each waiter is different and asks again .. I didn't understand this place at all )
Apparently all the attention is on the letnik .. the view there is of course gorgeous 👍

The staff is polite, tries to help, they responded quickly to all requests (no water in the room, bring towels). The overall impression of the room remained neutral, only because of the attitude of people, but - the room is old, has seen the sights, it is very dirty (balls of dust next to the bedside table, under the bed), as an allergic person, it is difficult for me to be in a poorly cleaned room. The room was very small. It was so hard to be alone in such a room that it was impossible even to sort things out. The suitcase was opened near the front door and it occupied the entire entrance part of the room to the bed without even being able to leave the room. This is the first time I've seen this! There are no towel hooks in the bathroom-it is very inconvenient. The price relative to other nearby hotels in which we also lived is too high

Great location, nice rooms, great view of the Galata Tower and the Bosphorus from the rooftop restaurant. I do not recommend leaving breakfast unattended in the restaurant. Nice hotel, beautiful renovation, gorgeous view from the rooftop restaurant. The Galata Tower of Krivoy Rog and the Bosphorus are visible. Capsule coffee machines are available in the rooms. The first 6 capsules were free for 2021 in October. Good cleaning, spacious bathroom. But some of the rooms are super compact. A small closet. The table is only for tea if you want to place a laptop, for example, you will have to dodge somehow) exactly small rooms 121 131 141. There are more but these are tiny to the limit.

In general, everything is fine. A decent price-quality ratio. The rooms are small. The staff is polite, English only. I had a big minus- it was very noisy due to the operation of the air conditioners in the courtyard well- but there are rooms in the other direction.
