The organization of the 21st century is large, and there are many employees on staff, this leads to the fact that you can get to an employee who either does not cope with his duties, or does not care about them, I was unlucky and faced with a faulty product, I left a request for a replacement, it was ignored in every possible way and after all the legally established deadlines, they still agreed to make a replacement for me, but at the same time the replacement request was made incorrectly, the staff of the pick-up point solved the problem on the spot and I finally received the replacement product, HOORAY!)

Usually everything is fine, but there was one case. I took the order 316.453.214, they took the kettle for the gas stove in front of me, the payment by "Pay" through the terminal did not pass. After that, the buyer added "He will be debited from this card, pointing to my Visa Gold of Alfabank." A month later, I receive a write-off from the Leninsky district OPI for ~ 38 rubles (this is the same kettle). No protocols, no registered letters from anyone, none at all. It would be reflected in Belpost's NPES. Such is the theft.

This is trash, the two employees are probably brothers - both masters of stalling. In the absence of a queue, we had to wait more than 20 minutes. Of course, you can write off the cash register equipment that is not able to keep up with the times, but this is a completely different story. Have time to spare, it won't be fast there.
