We bought a refrigerator that broke down after 4 months. We spent about 5 days just trying to get through to the warranty case. The online application does not work, the review that was left on the 21st century website is still under moderation. At the pick-up point, we were told that they are not a store and do not deal with a warranty case. By law, the seller is obliged to provide a temporary replacement for the period of the proceedings - they do not provide us with anything. The food has deteriorated, we live in pass-through conditions and apparently we will take the refrigerator elsewhere. We will definitely sue the 21st century company. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them, then you will be tormented to look for ends. I read reviews from other customers - many have a similar problem, the product is either not complete or breaks down. If you want to save time and nerves, buy elsewhere.
