Good afternoon. 09/19/2022 contacted the service center for the return of low-quality goods (wood impregnation). We accepted the application and recommended contacting the pick-up point at 144 Sovetskaya Street in Kalinkovichi. Upon arrival at this pick-up point, the attitude of a young employee who behaved at least ugly was very disappointing: He looked at me with such concern, as if I owed him something. There is also no politeness and benevolence in communication, only some kind of emotional aggression. Although I just came to return a low-quality product on the recommendation of a service center employee. I used to have a much better opinion on the quality of service at the pick-up point
