If you get through and find out the information, the whole problem is, then the sofa is agreed to be exchanged for another model, the date of delivery is agreed, then, as it turned out, the exchange was refused. as a result, they had to bring documents for the termination of the purchase and sale agreement, and they came to pick up the sofa, which had been in the service for examination for 2 weeks. As a result, I had to drive 40 km to sign the document, an hour before arrival, they called and said that the documents were sent to the pick-up point, on arrival I had to wait about 30 minutes until I print the document. I highly do not recommend this resource for the purchase of large goods.

I ordered a set of dumbbells. At the point of delivery of goods, the consultant said the following: "Maybe we won't open the package, because it's so clear by weight what's inside the dumbbell." And when he came home, he found damage to the case and rust on the neck. I recommend everyone, and first of all MYSELF, to be wary when they tell you not to unpack the product and BE SURE to check it. The money may be returned or the goods will be changed, but a walk around the city with a 20 kg case will remain in memory for a long time, as well as this review here.
