Our accountant has registered, the number has been received and sent, but the shipment has not been made. The working hours are specified from 9 to 10 every day, but on weekends you call the corporate customer service department and the robot endlessly informs you that you are "first in line " but no one picks up the phone. A weekend later, the manager reports that the shipment was not allowed, and asks if we sent the gln code, wondering what was sent a long time ago, justifies saying that there was a failure in the electronic invoice system and shipment is still impossible, although it seems that no one was doing it and just scored on the order. Another tire company offered a solution to this issue in two seconds:they release the tires and conclude an additional agreement where we commit to duplicate the transaction in the electronic consignment note system by September, which is quite legitimate and correct, why we contacted the 21st century I just don't understand..
