Very nice hotel! Comfortable rooms, high-quality cleaning daily. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are varied, there are a lot of vegetables and fruits, even for us who observe Lent, there was a great choice. There are always enough sun beds and an umbrella on the beach, the bay is located in the bay, so even with a strong wind there is no big wave and you can swim.The audience was calm during our visit, there were practically no Russian-speaking guests.There is a construction site nearby, but it doesn't bother you at all.

A wonderful hotel, beautiful modern interiors, large comfortable rooms, the food is varied and very tasty. A nice free beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, calm and clear sea, as it is a lagoon. Shuttles run from the hotel to three shopping centers, so there were no problems with leaving the palm tree, not everyone has such a service. There is still a construction site nearby, but they don't make much noise, we had a room with a view of it, but we didn't even bother with replacing it, since we didn't sit in the room during the day. We are very pleased that we stayed in this hotel, and not in the city, it is much more cozy, quieter, there is a promenade overlooking Burj Al Arab, and the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina are visible from the beach. The place is perfect. Before lunch, you can lie on the beach, and then go to the city.

A good and quite varied buffet meal. A huge plus is that the embankment is located in close proximity to the hotel. There is a gym and a sauna. However, the hotel clearly does not pull 5 stars, but 4 can be put. Of the activities, only the beach and the pool with a bar (which closes at 19.00), the beach closes at sunset and there is absolutely nothing to do at the hotel. There are no activities there. If it rains outside, then in order to have an interesting time, you will need to get out into the city.
The beds are very hard, sleeping on them is not very pleasant, as are the pillows. A hotel is also being built nearby, the melody of which will caress your ears throughout your vacation)

If you go to the Emirates, then only for all inclusive, this is what we concluded after visiting this hotel. The price for 1 glass of champagne = the cost of a bottle of champagne in the supermarket, everything is very very expensive. Overall, the hotel is good, the location is wonderful, the beach is next to the hotel. Everything is the same for food, water, juices. Check out of the room at 12, be prepared for the fact that no one else will feed you. As they say, living on a palm tree, be prepared for additional expenses and not small.

The quality of the furniture seems to have been taken away from the Turks, the doors to the balcony are dirty. There are absolutely no complaints about the staff, they are polite and try their best. And the administrator in Russian is trying to cheat on money like everyone else. In addition, they also paid for the extension in advance, called at 12, offered to extend it for free. We spent a day here. A great hotel and a nice room. There is everything and even a washcloth. I love such little things in hotels. The beach area is large, the pool is cool. It's all clear. There is a huge selection of food at breakfast.

Cleaning tries to get 10 stars, food is also 10 stars, all employees are well-trained. There was a construction site nearby- but it absolutely did not interfere with enjoying a month-long vacation, I did not notice it. There is Parking, there were not many people, there were few foreigners in this hotel, I was the only Russian in general))) Great hotel!

Nice hotel. A comfortable and beautiful lobby. The rooms are compact and comfortable. Access to the sea, with sun beds and umbrellas. I don't like the sea in this area, there is stagnant water, not deep, not particularly refreshing. A building is being built nearby, it's a bit noisy.

The views are magnificent - on the chic Atlantis, the world's tallest Ferris wheel and rich villas on one of the branches of a palm tree. The hotel has its own small sandy beach, sun beds and umbrellas and a swimming pool. We took a room with breakfast, the food is decent, the choice on the buffet is normal. We were at the hotel at the weekend and therefore did not notice the construction site on the side. But on the day of departure it turned out that everyone was making noise, rattling and dusting. But, fortunately, we didn't get it. From the hotel there is a free shuttle to the Mall on the Palm Tree, to the metro and to some other shopping centers. This is also very convenient. The hotel left a good impression

September 17-27, 2023. The hotel is great. Everything is clean, the repair is recent, as if. It's hard in general that the palm itself is remote from the city, but there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to shopping centers and back several times a day. This is the surest and most budget-friendly way to leave the palm tree to the city, and then transfer to a taxi or metro. Otherwise, it is long and expensive. The room has everything for a shower + blue beach towels are provided separately on the beach - you do not need to take them with you. The staff is very attentive and polite: all requests, questions and problems were solved promptly - by calling the concierge or if you approach.
800 meters away in the building of another hotel there is a minimarket with food and everything you need, open until 23.00. And in our hotel there is a small kiosk with souvenirs, bathing accessories, sun creams and the most basic medicines for tourists.
Great breakfasts - the tables are just bursting, there is everything for every taste, there are chairs for kids. I was slightly scared by the sign on the beach that "swimming at your own risk - there may be jellyfish and sea snakes in the water".... But in the end, no snakes were seen for 10 days. A couple of jellyfish slipped already on the last day - but did not sting. There is a lifeguard on the beach from 7 am until sunset. You can't swim behind the buoys - they whistle right away. A little unusual - male maids. Or rather, even young men. Advice for girls: hide all women's things and underwear so that it won't be awkward :-)))
I think that the only disadvantage is two construction sites at the hotel at once. If you stand facing the main entrance, then there is a huge pit right in front of the hotel (construction begins) and on the right the construction is already in full swing. It was an unpleasant surprise. All this naturally begins to rattle, hammer and ring already in my opinion from 6 in the morning. We had a kondei working and the windows were always closed - so it was all background. But who cares about complete silence - keep in mind. You can ask to change the room with windows on the beach, it will not be so audible there. But in general, the hotel has justified its stars. Thanks!

We only had breakfast, the food is delicious and varied. Lots of fruits and pastries. Cons: far away on the palm tree, getting to the city only by taxi (very expensive). Walking is not an option at all. Pool and beach bar with space prices. Bottom line: good for a beach, non-drinking holiday.
