A very pleasant residence, with good service, a gym overlooking the Business bay skyscrapers, and a small swimming pool. Well designed. We rented an apartment. But they're funny: in general, the apartment is pleasant, but untidy, poor cleaning, there are no doors in the shower, the ceiling has leaked during the week of living, and the walls are dirty. But the convenient location and the nice interior with the view as a whole smoothed out the impression.

It's just an amazing place. Every time we raced to the apartments, wherever we were, to swim in this beautiful pool. Of course, this atmosphere is especially wonderful in the evening. Good building, convenient Parking, view apartments on the canal. However, the pool is inconveniently located. There is no sun at all in the morning, it comes out from behind the buildings only by 13-14 hours. There are few sun beds, they are often occupied. And so, in general, it's good for the middle segment.
