The lobby is beautiful.
That's all.
I'm willing to put up with peeling wallpaper, with no toothbrushes, with one tube of shampoo for 3 (along with the baby), with the air conditioning automatically turning on when you leave and making the bed linen wet, with the fact that the cot came with torn side..... BUT when the reception told me twice that the dinner that I paid for is available until 9pm and I came with the baby at 8.02pm and was met by the restaurant administrator and told that the service is until 8 and the restaurant is closed (although there are people sitting there).
At the same time they say that there was some kind of mistake and that I misunderstood them.
I don't think this is 5 star service.

Beautiful hotel with high lever service provided. Food is delicious, room is big and functional with nice design. Hotel is very clean. My stay in Hyatt Grand Dubai is very comfortable, many thanks for that.

I liked everything. The room is large and cozy at the same time. Very clean. The split system worked flawlessly. A very beautiful hall on the ground floor: lots of greenery, ponds with fountains. There is a lot of food, a huge variety. Everything we ate was delicious. There was no sour cream. And they don't know what it is. Instead of sour cream, they brought about ten different yogurts and cream, it was funny. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with decent service. There are several restaurants with different cuisines on site. Not bad, but of course very expensive.
On the downside, the breakfast did not seem to me quite varied. Perhaps because most of the dishes were Arabic, and I didn't like them at all.
Do not forget to visit the sauna. There is a classic sauna, hammam, places with ice and hot water. I liked it very much.

Not a new, but still a luxurious hotel with a large territory, a water park, and, of course, a grandiose hall, where there is a real park with a stream and even a place for walking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well and tastefully furnished. There are signs of fatigue, but nothing critical. The main advantage of the hotel, in my opinion, is its Market restaurant. There is a wide selection of high-quality dishes even for breakfast, not to mention dinner.
From the minis, it would be a stretch to specify the location of the hotel, but this is not a significant minus at all, given that the hotel is located in Garhuda, which is not so far from Downtown, and the Hyatt guests probably have the opportunity to travel by taxi

I liked the hotel as a whole, beautiful interiors in the lobby, good breakfasts, courteous staff, large rooms, no problems with parking, a large swimming pool and a green area. A lot of good impressions were left from the stay. There are, of course, some disadvantages: dinners are quite monotonous, there are no thematic ones, while they are very short from 18-20 and often there are no seats, you need to wait for the table. For 2 years now, repairs have been underway on the territory, spoiling the view, although not noisy, very slowly. Part of the green zone is the closed territory of the residences.

Today I want to share my impressions about the Grand Hyatt Dubai 5 hotel*
1. Location
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport (the first hotel at the entrance to Dubai).
2. The territory
Beautiful lobby: high ceilings, fountains and ponds with fish. On the ground floor: pharmacy, jewelry store, cashmere shop, hairdresser, nail salon. There is a lot of greenery - a real tropical forest with streams and bridges.
Large outdoor swimming pool (water temperature is controlled) with sun loungers surrounded by palm trees and flowers. There is an aviary with peacocks nearby, and several ducks also live on the territory. The pool in the SPA is open 24 hours (children from 09:00 to 18:00), the water temperature is 22-23 degrees. Free of charge: steam room, hammam, gym with modern equipment.
For children: a two-storey kids' club and a children's pool. A water park is currently under construction at the hotel, and is scheduled to open in spring 2025. There will also be an artificial beach and a lazy river with wild boars (deck chairs with canopies) around.
The hotel is the leading conference center in the region. There are more than 10 conference halls and 2 halls for various events.
3. Number
The rooms were updated in 2023. The sound insulation is not the best. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds and nice linens. Large windows overlooking Dubai, no balconies. Free Wi-Fi.
4. Nutrition
The hotel has several restaurants with different cuisines, you can choose to suit every taste. Spacious main restaurant with table zoning.
A good selection of cold appetizers and cuts, which are on the tables with ice. They cook scrambled eggs, omelets, Benedict and bake pancakes, waffles. Amazing hash brownies (I'm not a fan, but they were delicious here). There is an Indian corner and a Moroccan breakfast. Every day they make one type of smoothie: mango, strawberry or a mix of berries. In addition, there are decanters with juice (3-4 types).
There is a disadvantage in the service: coffee was forgotten 2 or 3 times. Sometimes I waited for 40 minutes and reminded him several times to bring it anyway. At some point, I got tired and was outraged by this fact. On subsequent occasions, coffee was brought immediately.
I would also like to mention the cafe "Panini": amazing desserts and pastries. And it looks so cool that you want everything at once.
5. Entertainment
There is a shuttle to the Dubai Mall (pre-booking is required, they do not take you back). There is a grand piano in the lobby of the hotel, and in the evening you can sit in comfortable armchairs and listen to music.
6. The beach
The hotel does not have its own beach. A round-trip transfer to the beach is provided.
7. Overall impression
A green resort within the city. A great option for off-site corporate events. At the same time, the hotel offers a full-fledged comfortable stay for family pastime.

I highly recommend this luxury hotel! There are two buildings - in one there is a hotel, and in the other you can rent an apartment with a kitchen. We lived in both buildings and for a large family (2 adults + 2 children) the apartments are just perfect!
The breakfasts are great in three restaurants, a very spacious and large swimming pool, a delicious cafe near the pool.

Disgusting food. We are shocked. Both in the main restaurant and in the Italian one, the products are professionally spoiled. The rooms are renovated - they are excellent. But there are not repaired ones. The windows are on the floor and do not open. You breathe only with an air conditioner, without normal ventilation of the room. Access to the floor using a key card, strangers will not get on the floor. The construction of the water park and this is a huge construction site with working heavy machinery, mountains of sand, etc. it's not worth going now. I recommend waiting for the completion of construction. Well, who is not picky about food and who does not need alcohol.

We were at this hotel for the New Year. Why you chose it is because the price and quality are excellent. The New Year's program was unusual for us, but overall we liked it.

We rested here with a family of 4 people in June 2023. One of the best offers for a family holiday in Dubai. The hotel has its own territory and a complex of swimming pools, including an indoor one. You can buy inflatable toys, or you can with your own) they will still inflate them and bring them to the pool. The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. Room cleaning is excellent. Half-board meals are varied, including all drinks and alcohol. The location is 15 minutes from the airport, which in our case was convenient. Dubai Mall is about 15 minutes away by taxi (about 30 dirhams). In general, everything was good and I liked it.

Positive:
1. Close to the airport, the hotel is suitable for one night
2. Early breakfast from 6 am.
3. Normal food for this money. We took half board. Quite diverse. Drinks (alcoholic beverages are included in pm).
4. Large rooms, comfortable bed
5. I cut my leg, took a bottle of vodka from the mini-bar to treat the wound. they didn't count it for me when I left. I drew attention to her absence in the bill, explaining the situation. They immediately said that they were very sorry that there was no first aid kit in the room and this, of course, was their "gift" to me and in general they should definitely call and bring it right away. That is, in principle, very customer-oriented
Minuses:
1. The hotel really "lived"
2. Sooo many people come to it for the weekend to "hang out" with the whole family, noisy and active.
3. The indoor pool is half filled with bleach. But you won't catch rotavirus
4. The outdoor pool is normal, but for a 3-star level. A roller coaster is being built next to it.
5. The hotel is definitely not suitable for recreation. Only as a transshipment point.

Very nice hotel! We stayed there for the second time in November of the 21st year. Clean, very attentive and polite staff, good bed and sound insulation of the rooms, delicious food :). I was especially pleased with the weekend brunch (it's Friday for them), it was revived for the first time after the start of the pandemic. I have rarely seen such a variety and beauty of the design of dishes. Although the hotel is not on the sea, but they provide a free transfer to La Mer beach and back. In addition to all the other advantages of Hyatt, they have a great green and large enough territory, there is always a place by the pool. This hotel occupies a huge territory + nearby service apartments. It's like an oasis, all buried in greenery. If you are passing through, then you can not go beyond it. There are restaurants from different countries of the world (very tasty!), shops with souvenirs, clothes (local color), a jewelry magician, there is also a club.
